Miami - A pleasant ride & experience - Our driver was on time and provided us with so much history. We felt very safe and arrived at our location in a timely manner. We had a pleasant experience and the driver was very pleasant as well!

Great driver, Lying Dispatcher - Ride was great. Van was comfortable, driver was friendly and knew his route well. The biggest downside to this service is their inability to communicate. We disembarked our cruise ship, collected our luggage and were curbside at 8:30 am. As instructed, I called the dispatch to let them know we were ready. I let them know that we were early and that our pickup had been scheduled for 9:00 am. The dispatch said "No problem, we will send a driver right over. He should arrive in 15 to 20 minutes." At 8:45 I again called dispatch, I asked about the driver and wanted to make sure we were at the proper meeting place. The port was very busy and transportation vans were picking up people literally all over the port. We were in the gated to pick up location and the driver was "just entering the port and should be less than 10 minutes. I called again at 9:00 am and was told the driver was very close. I called agin at 9:15 and was told the driver was 15 minutes away. I called at 9:30 and was told because of traffic the driver was still 15 minutes away. The driver arrived shortly thereafter and all was well. Why do companies feel the need to attempt to placate customers by lying to them over and over again? Why not just say something like, we are very busy, there is a lot of traffic, your driver may be late.
