Embark on a 90-minute sunset voyage off the coast of Miami, setting off from Biscayne Bay in the bustling city center. Witness the breathtaking sundown over Miami Beach from the sea, floating by the renowned Star Island and along the luxurious stretch of Millionaire’s Row. The route includes a tour around Hibiscus Island, Palm Island, Sunset Island, Fischer Island, and the celebrated Venetian Islands. Navigate past the residences of famed celebrities including Al Capone, Gloria Estefan, P. Diddy, Shaquille O’Neal, Enrique Iglesias, Phil Collins, Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, Shakira, Ricky Martin, Matt Damon and many more.
During the tour, a bilingual guide fluent in English and Spanish will identify key homes and landmarks. Indulge in refreshments and snacks available for purchase at the onboard cash bar whilst marveling at the grandeur of these properties.
Optional upgrades include a dining experience at the Hard Rock Cafe that comes with a main course and unlimited soft drinks. Patrons will be seated at the earliest available table upon their arrival.
An additional upgrade option offers tickets to the Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel.
- Boat check-in closes 10 minutes prior to departure. Customers arriving after this time will have to reschedule for a later time
- Please arrive 30 minutes before the 75 minute cruise departure. We cannot delay the cruise departure. If you miss the cruise there are no refunds as we have strict reservations.
- If you need to reschedule your booking within 24 hours of departure, please call the activity provider (subject to availability). There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee

The non-site-seeing, site-seeing water taxi tour - The marketing vs. messaging from the vendor was confusing. The marketing said it was clearly a site-seeing sunset cruise. The messages from the vendor stressed that this was a water taxi and not a site-seeing cruise.
When we got there, it was definitely a water taxi, but as we departed the dock, the crew narrated the whole time, telling stories and jokes in English and Spanish, getting up close to the mega-yachts and multi-million dollar mansions.
It turned out to be a fun time. They didn’t have a bar, so we bought drinks before we boarded. They did have a cooler full of a variety of beverages passengers could buy.
Overall, we agreed that it was fun and a good value for the money and would recommend the tour to others.

Very Confusing & Didn't Receive What I Paid For. - The cruise was a great experience, but everything leading up to it was not. The directions on how to get to the port were not anywhere in my email. It directs you to the main location, which has more than 20 other boat docks. It took me around 40 minutes to find the correct dock, which you can only do by calling the customer service number. I was sent up and down and all around the port because no one knew which boat I was on, because the name of the company was ALSO not in the email. Then, I had to pay a rebooking fee, and didn't get the full experience I paid for. I paid $100 for an entree from Hard Rock Cafe & unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, neither of which I got. This was also part of the confusion, because it was supposed to include this entree from Hard Rock Cafe, yet it's located across the dock from Hard Rock.

Traumatized - This company is a Scam! We booked a sunset cruise, they said we should go to their office behind the Victoria secret. We went there, stayed in line for an hour and when it got to our turn, they said they couldn’t find our name and we should step aside. After a while they told us to go to another area in the bay, that our boat will be there. We got there, we met very hostile people who checked us In and asked us to wait that our boat was coming. Half an hour later, an old, smelly water taxi with a dog In it arrived and we were told that that was what we booked for. I was traumatized!

Poor customer service. - I booked for 9/20 at 8pm. I had an early dinner reservation and planned to end my evening with a boat tour. I received a call at 3:40pm saying that they would not be doing an 8pm tour and that I needed to reschedule. He couldn’t explain why, but my guess is that they never offer the 8pm based on other reviews that I’m seeing. The only reason I booked with them in the first place was because they offered an 8pm option and that is what I wanted and I could see that the weather would be bad for the remaining evenings that I am in town. So they booked me for 7:30pm today, 9/21. It stormed violently all afternoon and evening today 9/21. Thunder, lightning, and rain. Naturally I wasn’t comfortable or interested in a boat tour during a thunderstorm. They refuse to refund. It’s $30…not a big deal but definitely the principle. It’s their fault that I could not take the ride that I booked originally and they should do the right thing and refund me my money. So I am booking with someone else for tomorrow night, via viator, and will leave them a glowing review in place of the refund I’m owed.

Poor customer service - I booked this tour for the last departure of the evening. I was en route in an Uber when I received a text message informing me that my scheduled tour would not be departing, as it was listed in error. They offered me an earlier tour, although there were none left for the evening. I ended up wasting $40 in Uber fees and my only evening in Miami on this non-existent tour. There are so many other options, I recommend just choosing a different company.
