Best Tour of Miami - We had a wonderful tour of Miami with our tour guide John. He drove us to all the landmarks of the city and he was very knowledgeable. He was even able to save us a parking space for our car. I highly recommend this tour.

Miami cruise port to airport with tour - We had a late flight out of Miami after our cruise and needed something to do that included safe storage of our luggage. This tour was perfect! John was wonderful - he took us all over Miami in his large, air-conditioned van, while explaining everything we were seeing. We had ample opportunities to stop and walk around for photos and lunch and John always stayed with our luggage while we were away from the van. Highly recommend!

Informative, relaxed, personlised air conditioned tour of Miami - Great way to see the best of Miami. 3 hour tour in private air-con van. Miami Beach, downtown, little Havana, coral gables, coconut grove, star island plus several stops for shops, cuban coffee, biltmore hotel etc. Alfonso was very knowledgable about the history and geography of the area and took us to areas we would never see on a bus tour. Great price for 4 people.

Private tour of Miami without making Biscayne Bay Cruise - We did a private tour in the afternoon, although it is normal to do it in the morning. But due to flight issues we had to do it in the afternoon.
The tour was correct and the guide (Alfonso Velasco) very friendly. However, I would like to comment that due to traffic retention we stopped more than 45 minutes and this made us unable to visit the financial center of the city. Although the guide was aware that you could jump the retention caused by a works accessing another place. In addition, I think it would be interesting to enter the neighborhoods and make a stop (for example: worthwood), even if it is 5 minutes. I consider the experience correct, but for the price paid I expected more from the tour.

No Show - The tour operator was to meet us at the designated spot at 9:00am on 6/30/19 but did not show up so we had to abandon our original plan.
We had a party of six which includes an 88 years old lady on wheelchair. While my party waited for the driver at slot seven I went around the terminal and checked on every van parked there and did not find the operator.
