5 Star Servi e - This was one of if not the memorable experiences I've had on a boat. The captain I forget his name was the best. He made me and my family feel very welcomed and we enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely recommend this is our second time with the company don't hesitate to use them.

Happy Feeling - Had a beautiful experience on the boat! Captain Luis was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible and moved things around to make the day work. Boat was the perfect size for my family . Would definitely recommend him and will use the next time visit.

Fun day exploring the bay on our own boat - We just finished a boat rental today and it was a great experience. I had booked a 4 hour "drive yourself" rental of an 18 ft. boat, but the boat arrived at the pickup spot 30 minutes late. The Bruschi rep was friendly and apologetic, explaining the 18 ft. boat had a mechanical problem and was being repaired. He made it up to us by upgrading us for free to a 21 ft. boat and extending our rental by half an hour. Since I'm a first time boater, he explained how the boat works and gave us tips on cool places to visit. We sailed to Willis Island where we got off and had a nice picnic lunch. Afterwards we sailed around Miami Bay, gawking at a giant cruise ship and millionaire's mansions. We even spotted a wild dolphin! Beautiful weather and lots of fun!

Let me drive the boat - These guys are the best. Hozay and Mike will take good care of you. I’ve been renting since 2018 and every moment is always better. Their customer service is perfect I never had a to complaint about anything. I will recommend these guys to anyone. I will continue to rent from these guys and only these guys.

Terrible and Unprofessional - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I booked this trip for my honeymoon with my wife. On the day of the ride, I noticed that the forecast was rainy windy, the the tide was crazy. I mentioned this to the business owner, he said I had to show up to the appointment where the captain will make the call on whether or not to go. The captain is obviously being pressured by this business owner to do the ride so he gets his money. The entire ride the captain was telling me how this weather wasn’t suitable for a tour. As soon as we made it out of downtown, we hit tides that were so rough the boat was hopping up and down in the water. Water was splashing into the boat soaking us. Then afterwards it started to pour on us. We were too busy flinching the entire time to have anything resembling enjoyment. The business owner had every opportunity to: - Reschedule the trip for another day - Cancel the trip and refund it, knowing that the experience was going to be terrible for the customer. - Refund me after the fact, knowing that my experience wasn’t positive I told him multiple times throughout the day that the conditions were bad. We had been to the beach earlier and felt the winds that were 20mph with 35mph gusts. Instead, he chose to force me either to go or lose my money. Then when the inevitable happened and we got into rough waters, he gives you the generic “Weather is very unpredictable in Miami and it is something that is out of our control.” 0/5, would give negative stars if I could. Don’t listen to whatever lie he writes in his response. Book with a different company.
