- Travel from Miami to Key West is by bus
- Snokeling, Parasailing and Glass Bottom Boat is subject to favorable weather conditions and may be canceled in the event of inclement weather
- Infants between the ages of 0 - 2 are Free but must sit on parents lap
- A government issued photo ID must be present at the time of checking in for Parasailing. We do not accept photos of ID’s. If there is a minor the actual parent must sign the waiver for the minor. No other adult can sign for the minor. Children must be at least 6 years old

A must do! - The tour guide Cindy was fun, funny, and knowledgeable. The trip was amazing we road a boat to the middle of the ocean with live music, we snorkeled in the middle of the ocean and road back to land with live music and open bar!! An experience to remember !

Erika Karbone - Nice company:fetching and leaving you in your hotel, which is really convenient.
Tamara-guide is a friendly and professional lady who is talking fluent in English and Spanish, taking care about every passenger and really attentive and polite.
I enjoyed a lot the trip and strongly recommend it to another who wants to see Key West for one day trip.

Key west day trip - Great trip but a long day. We were picked up at 6.30 am and dropped off at 9.30pm. The guide was very informative and clear on pickups etc. we booked the trolley ride and found it very interesting.

Key West from Miami Tour - The tour was phenomenal and the driver and tour guide did a great job getting us there safely and giving us information about Miami to the Everglades. We stoped in Key West for 6hours and were able to explore the beautiful city and beach. This is my second time taking this tour and I would do it again.

On Time - Trip was on time; however, the trip vendor needs to remove certain hotels from the pickup list if not picking up from them anymore. Driver was great on 5/26, guide was informative besides her clip tone

Key west tour - Efficient, but very basic - when i signed up I didnt realize that all they do is drop us off at Key west for 6 hours and then pick us back. They did do some commentary along the way. I had already booked a tour to take on the island, so couldnt utilize the fact, that they were pitching various tours during the bus ride! That should have been clearly spelt out.
Other than that the ride itself was well done and no complaints- but essentially , it was a bus service to key west - not a full tour.

Guide/Driver good, Trolley not worth the money - Marleen, our guide, was very kind and the driver good. However, the price for the trolley in Key West is not at all worth USD 55 (that's the Viator price, direct price even slightly higher).
It would have been nice to know in advance that we can let stuff in the bus during the 6h in Key West. I would not recommend the trip with trolley but maybe the other activities are better. The transfer and pickup however went great, no delays. And the 6h count from when you arrive in Key West so when there's a late arrival you still get the 6h. So for that service I would give more stars.

Key West Bus transportation - These people were so unorganized. We were at the pick up place and we saw the bus but they wouldn’t not let us in . We waited over an hour and I text support. I canceled and got my money back and decided to drive to Key West.
