Ensure to reach our ticket booth 40 minutes before your selected departure time to check-in and collect your boarding passes. The Bayride Tours kiosk is positioned at the entrance of Bayside Marketplace, directly adjacent to Bubba Gump Shrimp.

Very nice tour! - As a travel advisor, I took this cruise to get a feel for it so I can sell it to my Miami cruise travel guests. I am native to Miami originally, and still really enjoyed this excursion. HOWEVER, it was VERY off-putting to me and to many other guests I heard talking onboard, that the tour guide pushed tipping so hard at the end--and not just tipping but that the "suggestion" was EACH passenger tip $5 to EACH crew member (5 of them), and went so far as to hold up a bucket to place tips in as we exited. I had already planned to tip, and did tip, but he went on for quite some time about it.
I would still highly recommend this trip, and the trip itself is definitely 5 stars, but maybe cut back on the hard sell for $25 tips per passenger when the tour itself is only $35.

Seas the day! - The tour guide was the best! He had such a great sense of humor. I couldn’t stop laughing. He was meant for that job. He made my friend feel special but giving her a birthday shoutout. It was a memorable boat ride.

They started the trip out late. - The boat was 45 minutes late in arriving. And the entire trip was a half hour short. They did give us coupons for a free drink. Because they were late, we got shorted a half hour of the trip.
