A Miami Must! - Overall our City Tour Miami Plus was a great way to see the highlights of the city and surrounding area! Traveling in a private vehicle was a perfect way to beat the summer heat, while enjoying the sites! Jose was a joy to spend time with and very informative!

Great experience - Tour guide had great energy, was very funny and informative. Boat tour was really relaxing, we got to see a bunch of different celebrity mansions. Only thing I wasn’t crazy about is we were a little confused about where the pickup point was specifically.

Great way to understand Miami - We saw the interesting parts of Miami with Little Havana and Wynwood being particularly memorable. Good guide. Well driven.

Exploring Miami - My guided tour of Miami via van and boat was phenomenal. I traveled with my wife on the tour during our 11th wedding anniversary. What made it such a terrific event was our guide (Jose Gutierrez). He was very educated on the history of Miami. I have taken many tours, but Jose has been the best guide I have encountered to date. He was very professional and caring. I do not know the reward system of this organization, but he deserves the top. Thanks Jose for the wonderful experience.

Great experience! Recommend! - Amazing! Our guide was very friendly and you can tell he enjoys his job! Plenty of time in Little Havana, the boat tour takes you through some islands, it was very pretty. I wanted to give our guide a tip, but he wasn’t there when we got back to the harbor, this is my bad as I realized too late that it’s the end of the tour. By no means he was pushy to tip him or even mentioned it, so since everybody is aggressive about being tipped in Miami, I thought I was going to see him again after the boat tour. I would have gladly tipped him, he was way better and nicer than most guides who beg for tips.

Highlights of Miami from your comfortable seat - This was a great trip! At start it was a little bit difficult to find our bus at Bayside Marketplace, because of all the amounts of buses there, but we called the tour operator and was well guided and explained. You just need to look for a white minivan with the tour operator logo on it, can’t miss it. It was great having this trip in a small group around 10-12 people. The minivan has good airconditioning, a must in the hot weather and the windows are big so you can see everything from your comfortable seat. Our tourguide was very friendly and professional. He gave lots of information and we stopped by several highlights of Miami such as Southpoint Park, Calle 8, Wynwood. There was enough time to stroll around and we had a great Cuban coffee tasting at Calle 8, which is already included in the ticket price. And we finalized the tour with a boat trip. This was for us the best way to get a first impression of Miami by land & sea, since we only had 1 day in the city. A highly recommended tour!

Take the bus, skip the boat - The bus tour was marvelous! Very knowledgeable entertaining tour guide! The boat less so. The tour was centered on celebrity houses. Had I known that I wouldn't have purchased that add on. Tour guide begged for tips entire trip and started every sentence with "just so you know". Also ONLY alcoholic drinks available on the boat.

Overpromised under delivered 👎 - 2 stars is generous, not what was described on Viator. Rude staff! No free coffee no stops and Rushed

Rip off - This is a rip off tour, what was promised was not delivered: No cuban coffee offered No wifi offered They didn't take is to coconut grove!! Bus is without a roof and I have a health condition where I can't be exposed to direct heat for long time .. this was not mentioned clearly... Total rip off
