Friendly People! - Great experience! Instructor was quite friendly. Also the farm is super huge and hosted some cute farm animals that my friend and I interacted with to. Driving the ATV was pretty straightforward— lots of different terrains and paths during our ride. There were some little hills that made it fun and interesting. Also there were some puddles that I purposely drove through for funsies — felt like I was in those BMX commercials. Instructor made sure to look back and ensure our entire groups safety. I accidentally fell off my bike and the instructor swiftly attended to me and so did the other’s on the ranch. When we got back on, they provided me with a phone charger (my phone died) and a first aid kit. Honestly I’d say you should book this experience. The people are quite friendly and gave clear instructions and handled everything with great care :)

WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - Do not book! I am so upset about the experience I had at this place. My sister and our significant others booked this far in advance. We flew from Texas to Florida to enjoy this event. We ride ATVs everywhere we visit if we can. This was suppose to be a PRIVATE TOUR. Keep those works in mind. In the photo, the family in the back came while we were gearing up ready to go. We had to wait 15 extra minutes for them to settle these people on our tour. On top of that, when we got there, they could not find our reservation we spend $60 on. On top of that, you have to pay an additional $60 for the ATV. The guy who was our “tour guide” made us feel like we were on a 4th grade field trip with a chaperone. He avoid ever single mud puddle. He didn’t explain anything we were seeing or where we were going. He was on his phone THE ENTIRE TIME. I requested a refund via Cashapp and it was declined. I called yesterday to speak to a manager named Alberto and this man never called me back. I am truly disappointed in the service we got on this trip. It was pathetic. We also had to drive a hour from Miami to Evergreen to do nothing!! I’m pissed! I should have know for the 1 review to not book this but it was the only place that was soon for the time we booked. I just want my money back to be honest. In the second picture if the tour guide being further away from us. How was he suppose to give us a tour if he’s that far away? I hate leaving bad reviews and I hate using CashApp and I was going to Apply Pay but the number they gave me to Apple Pay “wasn’t working”.
