Night tour big bus - Fantastic tour much recommended. Our guide was amazing very knowledgeable a definite must to see the city fast

One the best tour guides I’ve ever had - We had a blast on the Big Bus Nightlife Tour Martica was such a wonderful guide. She knows Miami inside and out and shared many amusing and informative details about sections of Miami like Little Havana and Miami Beach. Her stories about the places we saw were so vivid that I know the descriptions will stay with me for a long time. She also made me eager to go back and visit many of the restaurants, houses and other landmarks we saw. She made the evening, fun, entertaining, and most of all informative, which I really appreciate in a tour guide. Big Bus is lucky to have her. ❤️👏🏽❤️

Patrick and Laura of Big Bus - thank you! - A great experience to be a "tourist" during my visit of my son at UMiami. A shout out to Patrick and Laura who were outstanding in their customer service and support. I had bought tickets via Tripadvisor to the "Miami Double Decker Hop On Hop Off Tour" as an add on to the "Miami Skyline Cruise" - big mistake! There was no check in point for the bus even though I called the hotline in NYC / emailed them to ask where to find the bus stop - they said "wait outside Ben's Pizza at hthe Bayfront" and said the bus was there, when it clearly wasn't. I waited there for an hour - Laura particularly felt sorry for me as the Big Bus pickup point is also outside Ben's Pizza. The bus I booked never showed, so Patrick offered for me to take their tour with their compliments. I was delighted! They said that the Miami Double Decker bus (bright red) was often unreliable and not the first time that customers had complained. Thanks to Patrick and Laura for saving the day! 5 star review of a great tour which was a good overview of a fab city. *Tripadvisor* please note, I would take this tour operator off from your recommended list. Not reliable at all.

Amazing - Martica was an excellent tour guid, very well spoken and polite. Great translator, she made everyone feel right at home.

On point tour! - I took the night tour in Miami with Armando as a guide, he was absolutely phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, funny and entertaining! I absolutely love the whole tour it went by so fast that I wanted more. Def recommend and I’d take this same tour but only with Armando as our guide! I excellent experience, one for the books!

Great evening activity! - Armando on the night tour was a knowledgeable incredible guide. The tour was a lot of fun and saw the whole city lit up. Highly recommend, just make sure you duck to avoid the trees if you are on top of the bus.

Cost and high music - Despite the high value of the Miami By nigth ticket, since the bus does not make any stops and the height of the bus music, the tour was beautiful.

Try it! I had fun - I enjoyed the ride the host Julio was funny, entertaining, personable and friendly. I would like to add that they should have assigned seating so that groups are able to sit together. Also to check the seats after each ride in the back the corners smelled like urine as if someone must have peed in the corner which was very disgusting to smell during the ride.

Good trip - not so good guide. - Tour was well organised at the pickup point and was visually interesting. Good to see the city at night. The guide was almost inaudible due to the loud music that he played whilst he talked. He seemed to enjoy the trip though, ‘interacting’ with people in the street as we passed them, whooping like a teenager who was at his first party without his parents. Almost as if he was trying to turn a city bus tour into a party. This included several wolf whistles at attractive females in the street. All very inappropriate.
