  • Casa Habano - Upon entering the Casa Habano, each guest will be greeted with a traditional Cuban coffee or “Cafe Cubano” to get a full sensory experience.
From there we begin a video on the seeding, germination, planting, curing, fermenting and sorting of tobacco leafs before shipped to factories.
We continue by sharing the history of Commercial cigar rolling in Florida which began with small-scale operations by Cuban immigrants in the 1830s, and blossomed in to the “cigar Capital of the World”, with Pioneers like Vicente martinez Ybor and Eduardo Manrara.
Next we visit the GALERA to experience each manufacturing stage:
PRIMARY PROCESS - This is where you get to see firsthand the different types of tobacco and the aging process. Here you will see and learn how various tobaccos are sorted.
DEVEINING - The removal of the center vein is a critical process of preparing the tobacco, and we will show you how it is done. TWISTING & ROLLING - Constructing a cigar is a 3 step process. See our Master Torcedores, twist, bind, press and roll our premium cigars.
PACKING - Once cigars have been rolled they undergo further aging, before they’re label and packaged for distribution.
For safety, we recommend to wear closed shoes.
During the tour, guests are invited to enjoy (1) complimentary cigar.

What An Eye Opening Experience! - This tour was nothing short of amazing!! There was so much information given to us during the tour. The host showed so much love and pride in his work! He had extensive knowledge on the history, not only on the tobacco production but also on the way it was meant to be blended together to add flavor and smell. I knew so much more leaving his establishment than I knew before walking through the door. I would come back just for the customer service. Watching the two young men with 70+ years of experience between them both hand rolling the cigars with pride and love was such a great experience. I recommend this tour to anyone interested in the back story and history.

The Perfect Cigar Tour - Fantastic tour. So informative!! Everything from the coffee served at the beginning to the cigars at the end was wonderful! Afterwards, my partner couldn’t WAIT to try her cigar from Casa Habano. Great quality. Wonderful people. And the people making the cigars are beyond talented. True craftsman and woman. And this is a REAL shop with actual work being done so don’t expect some lavish setup. If you appreciate cigars and/or are interested in the process of how a quality cigar is really made, book this tour!!
