Wonderful Experience - I had a great experience, from start to finish. Very professional. Pick up on time. We were also lucky weatherwise, and the locals are some of the friendliest people around. Highly recommend!

Day trip with glass bottom boat activity + trolley - Our bus guide Thamara was great and so accommodating. We arrived around 1130am so i was able to change my glass bottom boat tour from 2p to 12p. This meant i could also jump on/off the trolley tour for the rest of the day. The guides/staff on the Fury glass bottom boat and the trolley tours were fantastic. Tips for this tour: - you can leave things in the bus during the day so bring a light jacket for the trip home (the bus AC gets cool); a powerbank for your devices; something to read/ watch on the drive; a neck pillow for extra comfort. - bring extra cash to book tours with your guide on the bus if you don't pre-book. The worst part of the trip was waiting for people on the pick-ups, it delayed us 30mins or so.

Great fun history and food - We really enjoyed this tour. Kenneth our guide was great. We really enjoyed learning about the history of South Beach and the diverse and developing food offer. The artisan ice cream in particular was fab. Overall a great part of our holiday and we would recommend i.

Key West - A Great Place to Visit - I didn't go this year but I went some years ago and it was a great experience. I couldn't select the correct year I went because it was not on the list. I am planning on going back this year. Make sure you visit the place of the original key lime pie. Delicious! I am looking for hotel and flight information now for maybe going back in. May or June 2024.

Looking forward to come back with my whole family and repeat this experience - There was confusion about pick up time. Otherwise the tour guide that spoke 3 different languages was fantastic. She must be the person that sleeps with a big smile on her face, very positive and knowledgeable.

Good trip book elsewhere - The Cuban sandwich purchased on the way to the keys was amazing! The round trip bus ride was as expected. My only complaint is viator did not make good on their price guarantee…very disappointed in their generic response regardless of my documentation proving a better price offered.

Very disappointed - En route to Key West we stopped for a 20 minute break to get something to eat and drink at a place called Buffalo. The breakfast items available were of extremely poor quality and tasted disgusting. The toasted sandwiches were already made up and just reheated in a pan with oil in it and then served up with cold scrambled egg! The sandwiches just tasted of oil!! On arrival in Key West those people who had pre-booked additional activities were asked to follow the guide from the tour bus to collect their respective tickets. As we had pre-booked a glass bottomed boat ride we did our best to follow the guide but due to the fast pace he was walking at my husband couldn't keep up as he has bad knees and is awaiting knee replacement surgery. I did keep up but once the guide turned right at a junction I had to either keep up with him or risk losing my husband as he wouldn't have known which way we had gone. I decided to wait for my husband and chanced being able to find the location for the boat trip on our own. After fortunately finding the glass bottomed boat, which incidently wasn't that great either, due in the main to not really seeing very much marine life at all, we did spend a couple of hours looking round before returning to the coach. The guide didn't even seem to realise that he had lost us as he didn't mention anything about us not collecting our tickets when we re-boarded the coach. All in all not a very enjoyable day out (although the journey itself was very interesting). I certainly would not recommend it and it is not worth the money either!!
