We had an excellent experience on this excursion! We went on a Monday so it was not crowded. While fishing, you receive assistance with how to use the various rods and they will bait your line for you if you'd like. As the only female on the trip, touching the fish to bait the line grosses me out, so this was a huge help. The ship has 2 restrooms on the back, water for sale if you need it, and a covered area in the middle. The crew was super supportive about my fiancé wanting to reel in a shark. They helped bait one onto a line and let him reel it to the boat. They were extremely helpful in providing guidance on how to fight the shark and it was a truly exhilerating experience for him. The sharks are federally protected so you reel them up to the boat really close and the crew frees them from the hook to let them go. It rained a lot on this outing and we were soaked by the end, but we got some awesome pictures and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this excursion!
