Fantastic tour.... Beautiful restaurant - Thank you to our guide, she was amazing and so full of knowledge. She guided us through the narrow lane ways and took us to a small family bakery which was hidden away, the windmills and little Venice. Our last stop was the most amazing restaurant Algio E Olio... Must go to that restaurant if in Mykonos Town

Wear good shoes and bring your appetite! - Met at the square, got a short talk about Mykonos and the. Our first stop was Greek coffee right by our starting point. Then right around the corner was a yummy Greek almond cookie. We also got a bottle of water and a taste of a pistachio from the store owner. Then we started really walking and seeing the old town. We saw the windmills and walking through the winding streets. Wasn’t really sure where I was, but I do think we walked in circles, because I did recognize some places. We also stopped at the oldest bakery Cheese, potato and spinach pie from the oldest bakery in Mykonos. Cloras Wood Bakery, and we got a spinach pie, a cheese pie and a surprise addition of a potatoe pie. We asked some more and ended up at Raya for dinner where our guide left us and the group had dinner together. There were 9 of us and had great conversation. Dinner was: a glass of wine, beer or coke and water; Greek salad served family style, zuchinni fries to share and then everyone got a plate with a large piece of moussaka and the. Fruit platters came out to share. It was a lot of food for the evening. The dinner was extra delightful because of the company. You got to see everything in old town in this tour. Would recommend. Wear good walking shoes. You walk up hill, down hill, and all over.

Tour vs Dinner - The walking tour was very nice and we’re glad we partook in it because it provided details and history of the island we would have otherwise missed, but the dinner was not a good experience at all, in fact this part did nothing to compliment the tour experience. Service at the restaurant Raya was terrible, we asked one waiter for a cocktail (clearly told him we'd pay the extra fee) and he responded, "drink the wine, then you order". We were served fried zucchini, quickly followed by Mousaka (which was the best I've tasted) but the Greek salad wasn't brought out till we were halfway through our meal. We did find a waiter to bring us cocktails, but he got one completely wrong and they also never brought out our fruit dessert. With ALL the fabulous places to eat and only two nights left we felt completely cheated. Not to mention we paid for this dinner already. Again we definitely the tour, just NOT that dinner experience.
