Forever Memories - Excellent tour, great tour guide. We went with a young family-9,11 &13, and highly recommend. Tour guide had excellent knowledge of all areas travelled, and was multi lingual. Lots of forever memories. GRAZI MILLE!!!

Red Bernina Train tour worth it! - The tour was fabulous, well organized, our tour guide Mauitzio was very informative. Unfortunately, our bus AirCon was broken which made for an uncomfortable return trip, on top of 1.5 hour delay due to road construction. Many people on the bus took their anger out on the driver which we felt was completely inappropriate. The situation escalated, and could have been handled better by informing us sooner what the problems were. In the future, just telling the participants of unexpected delays would be appropriate.

Stunning views! - The views were absolutely stunning! The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We left the warm Milan weather to snow and frigid temps! The only reason I rated it 4 stars was because it was very cold and the windows were lowered on the train by other passengers, and it was uncomfortably cold throughout the duration of the ride.

Bernina Train Trip - Most memorable part of the trip was the beautiful environment,. ST. Moritz was gorgeous. The train ride was very uncomfortable due to the fact that we were all crammed into very tight and small seating spaces, We weren't able to even sit. With our party and there was zero legroom!..The train made several train station stops along the way which was a distraction to enjoying the scenery. The bus portion of the trip was very well navigated and enjoyable. The tour guide was knowledgeable.

Very lack luster and wouldn't recommend - 1) our weather was terrible so the trip was kind of a waste. That is not the tour group's fault though. However knowing you'd see nothing from the train they should have offered a reschedule. 2) when we got on bus it was advised the tour would be bilingual - English and Spanish. Totally fine. However the tour guide was clearly more comfortable speaking Spanish so he'd ramble for minutes and minutes in Spanish, (with our about 6-8 Spanish speakers out of 44 on the bus) and then give instructions or 2-3 sentences in English. I luckily speak some Spanish so I was able to loosely piece things together for my family, none of whome speak Spanish. They would have been lost without me there. 3) this is NOT the Bernina express with the glass roof. This is a general PUBLIC train route. And you are crammed into a single coach car. It's clear they do this to optimize the profits from purchasing tickets for a public ride that is only a few "dollars" (euros) ... Be warned the seats are tiny and v ry uncomfortable for 2.5 hours. 4) St. Moritz was 75% closed. And the tour company KNEW they would be by the guides own admission. It is a cute little ski town with high end (Vaneltino, Gucci, LV, Bulgari) shops. It bustles clearly in the summer and in the ski season. But only 2-3 shops were open in Sept and October at all. Again the tour company should have advised this. 5) And this is also not directly the tours fault, but the 2.5 hours bus ride back to Milan took 3.5+ ... It was EXCESSIVE after spending 2.5 hours in the morning, to get there and then 2.5 hours on the train .... Overall it was fine. But I would totally recommend skipping this excursion and tour and just riding the ACTUAL Bernina Express, when the weather is nice and the town is open. - but only if you can stomach the long bus rides.

Bad quality tour - Tour was very badly organized and managed. Started at 7:15am but required to be at the meeting point at 6:00am. Tour agency didn’t notify customers about new time. Tour guide barely spoke English and provided minimum information. Return back from Torino took more than four hours without any single stop. During this time tour guide didn’t say a single word. All together tour was 15.5 hours; mostly on bus. Such a waste of time!
