Great tour. - Great tour, but like alllllll other tour guides they need to improve their level of English.
They need to have a native speaker edit their speech so they make less mistakes.

Outstanding and educational - Our tour guide was amazing !!!!!!!! She was very detailed and the Duomo was gorgeous!!! I would highly recommend the private tour because you have so much more time for questions and she was extremely knowledgeable!

Great views from the Duomo. - Simon was a fabulous guide, with a great mix of history and interesting anecdotes. The tour of the Duomo including roof top is well worth doing. It was a bit overcast, so crowds were low making for an excellent tour. Thanks Simon.

Do not use this tour! - Tour Guide left without us. We were on time and had trouble locating them. They will not call you or respond timely to your request for assistance. Viator was not much help either. It’s a shame as I had used them for ten other tours over the past two weeks. This one was bad.

Poor inside and communication - Directions Were unclear, instructions were unclear,
There are two locations for the bookstore which they don't state in their instructions for the meeting point. I even went to the counter of the bookstore where the directions took me which was the address that they have on their site for the meeting point, when I went inside the store and showed them the address they told me I was at the right place. Not only did it take me 15 minutes to figure out where that location was and I was 15 minutes early I can't imagine what it was like trying to figure out where the second location was that they didn't make clear that there were two locations. I contacted the tour agent 5 minutes prior because nobody was at the location and they told me I was at the wrong location and didn't tell me where they were so I couldn't get there in time. Communication and detailed instructions are lacking
