- Santa Margherita Ligure - Free time for lunch and to explore the colorful village of Santa Margherita Ligure on the Tigullio gulf, nicknamed the Dolphins Gulf due to the large school of dolphins that are often spotted there. Here you take the boat for a mini-cruise to the charming fishing village of Portofino.
- Castello Brown - Free time to expolore Portofino, the half-moon shaped sea side village, whose beauty has been narrated across the millennia by writers and poets such as Guy de Maupassant.
The journey ends with the return by boat to Santa Margherita, where your coach will be waiting to take you back to Milan.

Great day in the Italian Riviera - we had a great day! Genova exceeded all of our expectations. The guide was fantastic. Really enjoyed learning about the history Of Genova and the revival thst the city is experiencing. Santa Margarita was a cute bonus for us. Portofino was a perfect way to culminate the day with some free time. Nice boat ride from Santa Margarita to Portofino and back. We got lucky...the day finished back in Milan ahead of schedule! No complaints!

Great combo tour and well organized. - The tour was very well organized and well thought out. Little things like emergency telephone number on the radio's lanyard, scheduled coffee/bathroom breaks are very important when you are travelling the entire day. The bus was comfortable with working AC. The tour guide in Genoa was great - informative and entertaining. I also felt well taken care of by the group's guides.
I think this combination - Genoa plus Portofino is just right to give you a taste of both places.

Wonderful tour - thanks to MONICA :) - Monica made the whole trip a LOT more fun! 5 stars because she made us laugh the whole time with her jokes and conversations! She was super accommodating, kind and patient too with all of us wandering off from time to time. The places were beautiful but I would highly recommend (as I can see many other people suggestions on this tour) to cut the walking tour in Genoa a bit short and give people more time to sit and enjoy in Portofino! I signed up for this so we could spend sometime in Portofino (Not Genoa) Everything else was wonderful - from food suggestions and trying out Penguino ♥️ Thanks once again, Monica! You were really wonderful! I will look for you when I am here next time and join the trips you are taking! Big hugs, Saima (the “super woman” who got to do everything you suggested in limited time - castle, ice cream and food! :)

Our tour took is to... - Our tour took is to Genoa, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Each town had its own character and history which was explained by Andreas, our tour guide. Both he and our Genoa based guide were outstanding.

Highlight of our trip to... - Highlight of our trip to Italy. We had two guides, Andrea and Monica, who were not only informative but also made sure all the guests were safe, accounted for and on time. Pace was good even for mobility-challenged people. Plenty of time to explore Portofino but no time to wander a bit in Genoa. Genoa local guide Antonella adeptly explained the history of Genoa in a nutshell, described the anecdotes about the countless palaces and much more. Bus trip to Santa Margherita where we boarded the boat to Portofino makes one wonder how all the magnificent houses were so concentrated in one place. Driver was so skilled navigating the winding and narrow roads. Boat ride to Portofino was short and pleasant. At Portofino, my head kept turning left and right as I couldnt seem to soak in enough of the blended tapestry of God-created and man-made scenery..

Fun trip - It was great trip, seeing the history of Genova & where Christofer Colombie was born was a plus. I liked walking in it’s narrow streets & experiencing it Salvatore was a great guide. He was helpful w where to go & knew the area well. Portofino is the best one with great shopping & best views & the best gelato in Italy.

Horrible experience. We... - Horrible experience. We missed our trip after being misled from the company represenative as to the meeting location. Its a scam and even though they admitted providing us with the incorrect info, they just shrugged it off and said "Oh well". I would not recommend them for any tours. Very unprofessionsl and criminal
