- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure
- Infants (free ticket) do not have their places booked; they must sit on their parent’s lap
- During the tour, you are given radio system to easily listen to the guide. In case of no return or lost device, you will be charged a 50€ penalty fee.
- The itinerary is subject to change to guarantee the best experience.
- The tour has to respect timetables, so it is mandatory to respect the times of the meeting points indicated by the guide in order not to get lost during the tour.
- A current valid passport or a European ID is required on the day of travel for the Bernina Red Train option
- For the option that adds the Bernina Red Train, the Bellagio stop is not included.

Awesome tour! - We loved Lake Como, it’s beautiful! Part of our tour we were unable to do but you gave us a great upgrade & we got to go to Switzerland! Our tour guide was amazing, she gave great suggestions of places to go see in Bilagio & Lugano & said everything in 2 languages!! Wow!! Also, kudos to our bus driver he made it through some tight spots!!

Book this tour! - Lina was an amazing guide! She share a ton of information about Milan and the Lake Como area. She was organized, helpful, friendly, and entertaining! The views were absolutely stunning!!! This was a great introduction to the Lake Como area, but definitely not enough time to really explore. We did feel rushed to see the sights during our free time, but it was worth it to travel the entire perimeter of the lake. Lina suggested a restaurant for lunch in Bellagio that was wonderful. Our driver, Santos, was fantastic! I suggest getting seats on the right hand side of the bus and boat for the best views! Definitely book this tour!

Best vacation day!! - Best day of our vacation! This tour exceeded our expectations as we got to see and experience a lot! The boat cruise was beautiful, our lunch in a lakeside cafe was delicious, and the Bernina train ride from St Moritz was icing on the cake! Andrea, our guide, was the best!! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful como but ferry service not a match - Lake como is so beautiful we stayed in como town in the barchetta hotel we had lake view and hotel is in the best position possible no issues whatsoever
The only issue we had was the ferry service utterly ridiculous
Line up very early or prepare to line up for a few hours at busy times hence when weather is fine
Eventually get the ticket kiosk and be met most of the time with an Italian who really cannot be bothered with your travel questions two services slow or fast boat you can book online I found it impossible but maybe that's just me
Back at the ticket office for eg
Bellagio please return on the fast boat around 40 /50 minutes
No return on fast boat ok so what can we do go on fast boat then when in Bellagio book boat back to como town queues not as bad but queue nevertheless and if fast boat sold out well just go by slow boat I found it a bit of a mess I am not great with organising so maybe it's just me
One trip we did como to tremezzo stayed a few hours went on to varenna got to varenna at 5 in the early evening went to book slow boat back last one 610 so pretty pointless as I say my organising not so great so cannot blame solely the Italian ferry system
I did find the whole thing a nuisance
We did a private 90 minute boat trip for my wife's birthday but my god I hope you are OK for euros 450€ lovely but not cheap
So just be aware if you come here in the height of the summer it could be carnage
But the lake itself absolutely wonderful

Amazing time on Lake Como - This was a really good trip! Especially for the price. The website is very specific about where to meet them. We had Josephine for our tour guide and she was amazing. The ride there was a little over an hour but her wealth of information definitely made the time go by faster. She said everything in english and spanish to accommodate everyone on board. We spent about an hour and a half in Lake Como and Bellagio which worked for us! Some of these reviews are wanting a full cultural immersion and if that is what you want then book a hotel in Lake Como and stay for a while.. duh! For everyone else looking for a good and convenient time this is perfect! The boat ride was amazing. The water was nice and they made sure to let everyone get a good view of everything. Coach to get there and come back was also super nice and comfortable. 10/10!!! Would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway from the city and not have to think about having to book fifty modes of transportation to get there! Also everybody was so friendly I'm sure this is also a really good excursion to book for your solo trip!

Worth it!!!! - Our tour guide Franco was amazing! We were running late to the meeting point due to our Uber dropping us off at the wrong place, but I was able to contact Viator who then contacted the tour guide and they were able to wait for us. Viator even called Franco to confirm that we made it to the bus. The tour itself is pretty long, about 10-11 hours including travel time but definitely worth it especially for the price. Seeing Lake Como was unreal, even more unreal when you're on the boat. Highly recommend!

Beautiful area and scenery but not an enjoyable tour - This tour was not as advertised. We took the lake como and Bernina red train tour option and while advertised at 11 hours, it was over 12, and it was announced at the beginning it would be more than 13 hours which would have made us miss our train and made us nervous all day. Bathroom availability was limited and we were reliant on buying coffee at a cafe in lake como to use the toilet for the first 5 hours of journey. Our seat on the bus was also broken and wouldn’t stay locked in place. This also ended up being a multi language tour which we weren’t expecting and seemed very limited on what the tour guide told us especially since he had to translate it, He also was not the friendliest tour guide and I didn’t enjoy the experience with him. Our lake como cruise was only 25 minutes and not a hour like advertised. While the area was beautiful and I would highly recommend riding the Bernina red train it was a lot of time on a crowded bus with winding roads.
