A good, full day with exercise. - Tour was great. Guide very well informed and could answer questions. It was raining in Lugano so that part was difficult. The church there is worth the stop, if you are into that. If you aren’t I do not know why you would be in southern Europe as the churches do stand out. Lunch by the sea was incredible. It rained for most of our boat tour, it was still interesting. It is a long day with lots of walking. If you have ambulatory needs, this might not be for you

Fantastica ! - The tour to Como , Bellagio and lugano was superb - nice sceneries and also boat trip . In Bellagio and Lugano we also equally good !

Very nice - Well planned tour with an excellent guide, highly recommended, if you're looking for a nice and wonderful visit in a short period of time

A good experience - Had some amazing places to see some very spectacular and beautiful places. A good way to be able to explore the mountains and the lakes of Northern Italy and Switzerland. Plenty of time to go and explore each place and see the culture.

TRAIN & ORIENT YOUR TOUR GUIDE - Train your guide Laura to wait on the other side of the street after she crossed the traffic light making sure all the guests cross the traffic light. It seems like she cared her attention to the younger ones who were more agile like her. Let her look back, behind her to check on the other guests who are on her group. She needs more training being a tour guide not just historical knowledge because she lost her charm.

Trip could be organized better - Liked Lake como private boat. Walking time at lake como bellagio and Lugano is less..the guide should have left us to walk on our own and guide us on the meeting point.

Not the best tour - This tour was okay. Not my favorite. Bellagio was a cute town. Como was small and looked like every other piazza. The lake tour was nice but you have to fight to get on the boat in order to get a decent seat or you are stuck inside with grimy windows that don’t allow you to see much. My expectations for Lugano, the Swiss community, were a lot higher, so I was pretty let down. Again, looked like every other piazza. The tour guide was flat, so that didn’t help either.

Crowded. Tour guide repeated info in Italian and English - Was able to maximize sightseeing of three locations without worrying about getting from various points. Tour was packed and guide spoke in both Italian and English so had limited info.would have been better if was a fully English tour since they seemed to have more than enough customers

Poor experience - The company could’ve invest in better headset couldn’t hear anything from the tour guide Didn’t have free time to enjoy any of the visited places only forty five minutes not even enough to grab a bite or have a drink. We felt rush rush rush. It’s not worth the money could’ve took the train it was going to cost not even 1/3 of the cost and enjoy each place we visited. Tour guide barely explained the background and meaning of each place visited throughout the tour. Very unsatisfied

Rushing - The tour is a rush rush rush. Totally disliked it. Couldn’t hear much and nothing interesting was told. The only reason it’s 2 starts is because it was well organized to make the time back. We were exhausted and tired and rushing through everything was just very annoying.
