Great excursion - Giada was such a good guide! She gave us lots of info describing the famous painting. We also really enjoyed the visit of the castle with her.

Definitely do this tour! - Our guide was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and made it fun and informative. Her English was excellent. It was a small group and we had 15 minutes with The Last Supper. A magical experience.

Definitely recommend! - A very nice tour and tour guide, the only way to see the last supper in the summer that I knew of! Very hard to get tickets otherwise. The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Very good, 100% recommended - Everything was fine with the service, the instructions to meet outside the church were clear, we located the group very quickly, the tickets for the last supper were ready and the explanation was very good!

Marcella Was The Perfect Guide for This Magical Tour - Marcella was the perfect guide for this wonderful, inspiring your. Not only do you get to view artistic wonders of the world but Marcella uses her expensive knowledge of history and art to make it all come alive. You can tell she loves and knows what she talking about. I had a wonderful time.

Expensive afternoon - It was good, but expensive to just see a painting on the wall and then walk to the castle and look around a bit. The guide was knowledgeable, but I would have just as well gone to see The Last Supper with a ticket and no guide if they were ever available to the public.

Overpriced and Bad Customer Service - plan ahead and buy your own ticket! - We accidentally double booked ourselves for two Last Supper tours so I thought it was at 4pm but it was at 2pm. The tour director called me a little after 2pm, and I apologized and asked if we could come right away and at least get the tickets for the Last Supper part of the tour. I was told I had to be there by 2:30 in order to do so. Our AirBnB’s lock was broken so we had to call to that taken care of… in other words it was the perfect storm. I messaged the tour director that we couldn’t get there. When I later contacted them and asked if it would be possible to get a partial credit to use toward another tour, it was refused (both by the tour director and Viator.) I never expected money back or even a full credit as we didn’t give 24 hour notice. However, I am a business owner and I’m always willing to work with my customers in situations such as this. It was extremely ooor customer service from a company that basically just buys up all the Last Supper tickets for $15 and sells them for $95.
