• The youth rate is applicable to students and children: you must have photo ID showing their age

• “Skip the Line” means that instead of waiting in the normal long queue, the customer enters a fast, priority queue, together with the other customers who have chosen this option
• In order to facilitate checks by the public security authorities for access to the Cathedral, tourists are invited to empty their pockets of metal and glass objects and to open their bags. We also inform you that it is forbidden to enter the Cathedral with helmets, glass objects and luggage. We strongly advise you not to bring large bags. We encourage you to wear appropriate clothing to enter religious sites (please note that knees and shoulders must be covered). Please do not wear sports shirts.
• the staircase to reach the highest terrace is particularly narrow and with smooth marble: use comfortable shoes, preferably with rubber sole.
• The rooftops are not accessible to people with disabilities.
• Prams & strollers are not allowed on the rooftops.
• On the terraces there are neither toilet facilities, nor coffee bars: bring water with you.

• Visit the Cathedral Terraces: Our guide will accompany you to the elevator. You will go up to enjoy a breathtaking view from above, while our guide awaits you at the base of the Duomo. Our guide will give you directions to your meeting point after exploring the terraces, located at the bottom of the cathedral.
