Day 1 - Full Day Minca Tour
Santa Marta - Passengers are picked up from Santa Marta at 8:45 am to be taken to the start of the tour
Minca - Coffee Farm
Site where coffee is planted and processed and there they will be explained everything about the collection, fermentation, drying and roasting of coffee (45 min).
Lost Waterfall
The waterfall is a sacred site of our indigenous communities where participants can bathe and relax in the water currents of this waterfall. (45 min).
Jungle Joe Bamboo house
A brief talk about bamboo as a building element in Colombia (30 min).
Visitors will be served by their host Joe with a gourmet lunch (45min).
The biodiversity talk
Colombia, the most biodiverse country per square kilometer, we will discuss the most dangerous animals that exist in sierra nevada. (30 min).
Cocoa workshop
They will learn techniques to increase the alkaloid that exists in Cacao and will learn to make their own cacao bar (30min).
The total walk will be (2 hours 30 min).
