- Fair State Brewing Cooperative - Second stop on the tour! Fair State Co-op is the first cooperatively-owned brewery in Minnesota, and the third in the country. They are famous for their Innovative small-batch beers that feature hard-to-source and local ingredients.

Discover Minneapolis Craft Breweries with Bitter Minnesota - This was the fifth time we’ve traveled from Winnipeg to Minneapolis just for a weekend of craft breweries and Bitter Minnesota has been part of it every time. They always have someplace new for us to discover and Eric has been our friendly, bearded guide to the local brewery scene multiple times. Can’t wait to see where they bring us next time.

Fun Craft Brewery Tour - Nick led this VERY FUN Brewery tour..friendly and knowledgeable about his craft brews. Also super accommodating.. we ran late and he (and our group) were very kind to wait for us! Thank you for the enjoyable Brewery evening!! Highly recommended

Best beers of Minneapolis - Eric was our tour guide. We ended up with a private as it was the quiet season. We advised in advanced that we were going to be only the two of us with the guide in case we wanted to cancel, but we enjoyed the private tour. Eric was great. He has great beer knowledge and the breweries we visited had very friendly staff. We had a great selection of beer and it was fun to chat with Eric. I recommend to anyone who likes craft beer and a fun experience.

Asher’s dad is the bomb - Dr Asher, your dad is the best. We had a fabulous time with Eric and the rest of the people on our tour. Highly recommend. The rest people on the tour we scheduled were the funnest bunch, we laughed and drank!! Here’s to normal people 🍻

Very fun tour with local knowledge! - Eric was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. The beers were great and the tour included a lot of variety in the offerings. We got to know a bit about the local neighborhoods and history of Minneapolis as well as learn some more about beer! I would definitely do this again if I'm in town.

A Great Hidden Gem in MN - It was a lot of fun hanging out with Eric and touring 3 different breweries in Minneapolis. Good beer, good conversation, good music, and a great learning experience!

The Highlight of our Trip - The tour was great, several couples of all different backgrounds were on the tour and we all became friendly towards the end of the trip. The beer was great and there were choices that would suit everyone (e.g., I prefer the sour gose-type beers). The venues we visited were family friendly and social, not loud or for men only. Take the tour, you'll be glad you did.

Return Guests - This was our 4th Tour with Bitter Minnesota Tours! Always a great time. The breweries are always top notch, Eric is a fantastic host/driver and we will definitely have to start planning our 5th tour!
