A good first tour to explore Lima - We took this tour on our first day in Lima. The stop was located 500 meters from our hotel, which certainly determined our decision. They have 2 tour start times at 11 and 14:30, we originally booked for 11 but then moved to 14:30. The guide was very informative and conducted the tour perfectly in 2 languages, which was very convenient. He paid time and attention to everyone, but there were only 12 of us for the whole bus. I especially liked the main square and the Catacombs and the pisco tasting at the very end of the tour.

Best tour in Lima - This was the best tour I went on during my trip to Lima. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. He explained everything we saw very clearly. It was a very enjoyable 3 hours!

Good tour for the price - We took a late afternoon tour, which we started and ended at their office across from the Mercado Indio in Miraflores. We were tired from a busy day of touring and enjoyed a very pleasant tour from the upper deck of the bus. There were no stops on this afternoon tour and the narration was in Spanish and English . It can be a little chilly in Lima so bring an extra layer to wrap up in. It didn't costs all that much and we felt that it was a good value. We definitely got to see some areas that we could never have covered on foot.

Nice city overview on a go - An excellent service and timing and guide was very helpful and very organized. This is a convenient way to see the sites without having to worry about a potentially expensive tour. The guide explained the sites in both English and Spanish. Entrance fees were included in the tickets which was nice. We did not have in the tour San Francisco and the catacombs as of pandemic situation and even Plaza de Armas of Lima was closed but our Guide did a great job to let us in and show around. There are 4 tours a day 2h (30 Soles) and 3 h (60 Soles) tours. I took 3h Tour at 10:30am for 60 Soles on the bus and I was lucky to see San Isidro, City Downtown, Miraflores, Lince, Barranco, Chorrillos and a part of Costa Verde (from Miraflores to Chorrillos). It was a great experience comparison to 85 dollar tour I had before and I got only walking tour in the city downtown and Magic Water Circuit (15 minutes show and walk inside the fountain park and entrance costs 5 Soles).

Very nice tour around Lima - Includes tour of the Cathedral of Lima. Pick up and drop off by Kennedy Park. Our tour guide, Janet, was very nice. Tour in Spanish then in English.

Zero-eight-fifteen-tourist tour - The departure was on time, and the journey to the center was also quite quick, with explanations in Spanish and English. From the center, we continued on foot. At the Plaza Mayor, we had to listen to very long and detailed explanations in both languages, standing and in the blazing sun. Hardly anyone was listening, but they droned on. Then we went on to the catacombs and then to a souvenir shop, where we could try and buy Pisco. On to the bus stop, then we stood in the blazing sun for almost half an hour and the bus didn't leave. All buses had a shade roof - except this one. It wasn't that spectacular, you could have taken public transport there too.

Not a good experience - Although our tour guide spoke English and Spanish, her Spanish explanations were much longer and for the English part she just read aloud the tourist signs around the Basilica. She also only aimed the tour at a few specific people and ignored everybody else. It just didn't feel worth it to have the tour, even though I spoke both Spanish and English, because she didn't put much effort in. She also was unable to answer most follow-up questions we had about the things she was showing us- her main reply was that we should research it ourselves.

Terrible customer service - They mistreated us, the lady who attended the point treated us with anger, she put on headphones to not give us information. He spoke badly to us, we told him that he shouldn't treat us like that, and he got up and came too close to me. HORROR. He gave us bad information and we lost 2 hours of our day. :( Very sad to be treated like this on vacation.

Not good experience - Everything needs to be improved starting from issue of tickets, I was boarded with no ticket just a sticker, the description during the trip was poor without any useful information and/or reference to the history of place visited, but the most was at second stop the guide gave 6 mins !! for pictures and suddenly he left leaving on the square of church 3 passengers, he collect some other PAx and left. We were able to catch one rep of the company and he admit is quite common situation, the phone call to head office resulted that we were the guilty and the tour is not private so go back by yourself to hotel. If you are very patient and open to be left in the street .....you can enjoy
