Perks of Centurion- priority pass - It’s a great way to spend your waiting hours at the lounge before your flight. With your membership you get to eat for free, have a comfortable place to chill and relax.

Great - I have to assume that recent reviews were maybe a different lounge. The one we visited was good sized, plenty of seating, lots of food, lots of drinks. No waiting in line. Honestly, would never travel again without it

Met our needs - We used the lounge February 12 before a midnight departure. The staff was friendly and attentive. The manager was accessible for issues and questions. I witnessed him dealing with a very aggressive customer professionally and kindly. We had no complaints about the food or service.

Meh - Would definitely not pay $32 USD to use this lounge. Food was mediocre at best and they pile as many people into the lounge as possible. We were a party of 3 and were all sat separately. Good thing I was just using up passes that were about to expire.

Meh??? - Not bad. Drinks strong. Food, old and kinda cold. Service, to be expected.
Had to kill a few hours b4 going wheels up back to the states. Too crowded to relax, but beats sitting w those that get treated like cattle yo!

Just ok - This light was alright. We had an 11:55pm Friday night flight and it was pretty busy. The buffet are offered a bistro of items. However, if you have nut/food allergies there aren’t many options. The showers were not available also.

Very disappointing - This lounge was a huge disappointment. Seating consisted of small cubbyholes that remind me of study nooks at a library. Option 2 were supposed to be comfy wing-back type chairs but they were stiff and very incomfortable. Final choice were fast-food style tables with straight back chairs. Food was average. Music was annoying - repetitive and on a loop. One of the least relaxing lounges we were ever in.

Good job it’s free on my Visa - I was diverted away from the usual lounge as it was apparently ‘full’. I ended up in a very mediocre lounge with equally mediocre food and drinks. Very crappy. I’m wondering if the Dragon Pass is actually a perk anymore. I would never pay to go in this lounge. Avoid if paying.

Inflexible Pearson Airport - Terminal 3 Plaza Lounge Rip-Off - Having booked 2 Pearson Airport-Terminal 3 Plaza Lounge passes, due to the airline I was traveling with, unbeknownst to us, my colleague & I were not able to check-in or go through security to enjoy 5 hours in the lounge before flying internationally. I notified the Plaza Lounge immediately & 2 months later I'm still trying to be reimbursed for a circumstance that was out of my control. I found their customer service team to play hard ball with me, citing their policy does not allow for a full refund. I believe they could make an exception if they wanted to, yet they choose not to be fair & reasonable so my recommendation is to not patronize this business!!!

Don’t waste your money… - Don’t waste your money here, the lounge is misleading. The reception looks great and after that it is a real disappointment.
As a regular traveller I get my lounge access for free but this wasn’t even worth that in my opinion.
It is cramped and has around 50 chairs side by side and then a small area with a few tables like a small canteen area. No comfort at all. Complete waste of money and is the worst lounge I have ever used.
I actually left and went to sit in the main terminal as this lounge was that bad.
