Breathtaking😍 - The best is Heber Forever! Besides taking care of us all the time, he is also patient and treats all of us as if we were family. He is a valuable asset for your company. It is a pleasure to travel with him, as I feel respected and well taken care of.

Best and most convenient way to visit Lake Humantay. - Chullos Travel and our guide Judith made our trip very smooth. Judith contacted me one day in advance on hotel pickup instruction, and provided detailed guidance on how to prepare for the day. As we started our trip, Judith once again provided the information about the overall itinerary, and set the expectations on difficulty level. This way, everyone in my tour group could make it to the lake. The hike itself is indeed challenging, especially with the altitude, but it is absolutely worthwhile. The food arranged by Chullos (breakfast and lunch) was adequate for the day as well.

Beautiful site - This is a beautiful destination to hike to. The view is worth it. The hike itself is easy at the bottom half and steep and strenuous at the end mainly due to elevation and the associated shortness of breath with such exertion. Breakfast and lunch were provided and it was all very nice. Only drawback was the number of hikers. There were hundreds of people hiking and horses used much of the same trail so a lot of manure to dodge.

humantay lake - I had a great experience on this tour at such a competitive price. I would highly recommend booking it from here, but with a caveat. I was the last person to get picked up, and I was seated in an already cramped shared mini-van. I had to sit between two people who were already occupying part of my seat. I had to squeeze in and endure a 3-4 hour ride each way. It was the most uncomfortable and intimate ride. Aside from the unpleasant bus ride, the other experiences were incredible.

Once and never again :) - So, I'm going to give my opinion and let everyone know... The logoa is really beautiful and the walk provides you with a very beautiful landscape, however, I found the walk extremely exhausting and, as you (practically) climb , the breath goes away and, therefore, I complained several times to the guide and at no point did he offer me the oxygen that was included. I didn't really ask because I ended up forgetting and, at the time, you just want to try to breathe and, when the guide appeared (yes, he wasn't walking with us the entire way), he saw my situation and didn't offer oxygen. When I arrived at the hotel and remembered, through messages, that oxygen was included, I was very upset. And, the other day, when we were going to do the colorful mountain tour with the same company, I even asked and the response was very indifferent to my request, as if they didn't even care. Because of this and precaution, I made up an excuse and ended up giving up on the mountain trip. Another thing, the van we spend hours in to get to the lagoon location is VERY uncomfortable. And then, you might say "ah, but the van is really uncomfortable!". IT IS NOT. Well, for machu pichu, we took a tour with another company, Fly Cusco, and, therefore, the transportation was very good. And it's quite complicated, because in the case of the mountains, the journey is long and the van leaves you broke. So, all in all, I thought the tour was bad and the company didn't make it easy.
