Highlights
  • Haller Park - Haller Park is a unique destination on the northern coast of Mombasa. The park offers a variety of experiences, including a wildlife sanctuary that is home to hippos Sally and Potty, a buffalo, elands, oryx, and a variety of waterbirds such as eagles, herons, egrets, cormorants, and kingfishers. It also features an owl’s banda that hosts a Verreaux eagle owl.

The park includes an animal orphanage that serves as a quarantine and home for rescued animals that are sick, injured, orphaned, or stranded in the wild. There is a giraffe feeding platform, crocodile pens housing over 90 crocodiles including juveniles, a reptile park, an aquaculture and fish farm, a botanical garden, a butterfly pavilion, and a forest walk.

  • City Mall - Enjoy a brief ice cream stop.

  • Fort Jesus Museum - This historical fort has played a significant role in the development of Mombasa as a town. Our knowledgeable guides will accompany you and explain the history of this site.

  • Mama Ngina’s Drive - This location offers a perfect view of the sea. Here, you can witness traditional Swahili dances, savor Mombasa street food, enjoy the evening breeze, and watch the sunset.

  • Ganjoni - At this point, we will visit the Floating Bridge. This bridge opens during less busy times to allow ships to pass through the Likoni Channel and closes during busy times in the mornings and evenings to facilitate faster pedestrian crossing.

  • Mtwapa - In Mtwapa, we will take an evening boat ride to view the sunset and later enjoy a seafood dinner.

  • Mombasa Tusks - See the iconic tusks on Moi Avenue. It is said that you haven’t truly visited Mombasa unless you’ve taken a picture with this backdrop. Stop and take photos.

Tour of our dreams!! - I had full faith that I was booking the perfect tour for me, my mother and a friend. Brian, our tour operator was the perfect host. From our pre tour communication to the pick up from the airport in Mombasa, to the actual and the drop off back at the airport. Brian listened to us and ensured that the tour was both highly personalized and to our liking. Brian took excellent care of us, and especially of my mother. Seeing how much she was enjoying herself made mg heart melt. Brian ensured that we hit all the highlights and went at an appropriate pace so that we had enough time to experience everything and take it all in. Brian customized the tour to our needs. We enjoyed a delicious meal for lunch and got to enjoy other snacks and desserts whilst in Mombasa. The tour was completely private and our tour operator ensured that we had all the liberty and comfort that we needed throughout the day. This experience was a 10 out of 10, eye opening, mesmerizing and thoroughly enjoyable. Nothing could quite compare to it. It was also our most enjoyable day during our short holiday in Kenya. It was sooo relaxing too! Brian was so knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, was the host with the mostest and we observed what a generous, humble and kind human being he is too. We couldn’t have wished for anything more in a tour and tour guide. Thank you for this out of this world experience!!
