Magical eco experience with a caring and expert biologist- Great with families and very flexible - Andrey's tour was an exceptional journey led by a remarkable individual. A former Ivy League biology professor turned passionate environmentalist, Andrey's commitment to nature shines through. His patience and kindness were evident when accommodating our delayed arrival. Throughout the tour, his expertise in birding and love for South America's wildlife enriched our experience. Witnessing a plethora of animals and birds was awe-inspiring, making it a spiritual connection with nature. Andrey's tour not only provided an educational insight into the environment but also left a lasting impression, igniting a deeper appreciation for the beauty and importance of our natural world. We will be more aware of our footprint and have so many magical memories for a lifetime.

Truly passionate and knowledgeable guide! - Andrey first guided my family and I through monteverde cloud forest preserve. Andrey did such a amazing job of immersing us in the wilderness and making us feel like we were not only experiencing the cloud forest but starting to understand it. We got great looks at Quetzals and forest falcons, orchids and avocados, Cordyceps and spiders, the list was huge and we all left incredibly satisfied. I was the only birdwatcher in a group of 8. That being the case, Andrey made extra effort to get me great looks at birds. We got great views of a female Quetzal but of course I wanted to see a male, so Andrey offered to guide just me and my partner the next day at Curi-cancha in an effort to find one. Success, in all regards. Amazing view of a male Quetzal, pit viper, and a ton of others amazing birds, monkeys and plants. Andrey helped me achieve my goal of 100 species and ended up helping me get about 20 life birds in our short time together. I couldn't recommend him enough for a family tour or any level of birdwatcher. Birding is clearly a passion of his and knew bird calls, eating habits, mating habits, migratory habits from literally all over the world. He truly blew me away with his knowledge. Give the man your time and money😁

Great tour guide - Andrey was recommended by a friend who just took a bird watching tour with him a couple of days ago. He is very nice, knowledgeable on birds, tried his best to accommodate our needs and speaks perfect English. I will go with him again next time I come to visit Monteverde.
