Misrepresented Vespa Tour. - Bait and switch. Booked what we thought was 2 new vespas, on a tour with other riders and guide. One person showed up in a car, with a small, old beat up Vespa. Told us we would share it, and he would follow in car. Refused to go, as it was unsafe, misleading. Would not give us any refund of money. Woman on phone was very rude and condescending. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Lost all our money.
