Good day out! - Great day around Montevideo- we got to see a bit of the city and stop for a view photo ops. We did the tour on our first day so it gave a nice overview.

Best of Montevideo - Such a clean place to visit. The long coastal beaches were clean. The view was stunning. The tour stops you at the square where the President office is, Canadian embassy, very relaxing tour

Was not the best tour - We waited to much for passengers not only at pick up locations but at places where we got out. The english spoken person was not very clear. Yes we saw places we have not seen yet but it was not our favor tour.

Really none-the guide had... - Really none-the guide had to speak 3 languages and we were the only English speaking so often felt we didn't get full info. We spent too much time at a food court/mall; no need to be there for 30 minutes. Also would've liked more information about the city, etc. English tours need to be separate. Just very disappointed that we spent money on something so bad.

Fiasco - They sent me a message saying that by law they could not look for me at the accommodation and because I did not have the Tripadvisor application I did not receive it. The most logical thing was to write me a WhatsApp or call me to notify me because I had already paid it. I took another tour on a large bus and they looked for me 2 blocks away without a problem, so by law nothing, liars. They are IRRESPONSIBLE, SCAMMERS. I already requested a refund from Tripadvisor. A paid tour that I do not take and I will not receive the taxes that were charged to me. Loss of money. We also called them to try to solve it and see where we are going and they don't answer. I won't even choose them for free again. I hope they close.
