Super good experience - Chefchaouen was beautiful and everything was very good during the trip. Our chofer Mohamed CusCus (as he told us to call him) was very nice and available. Thank you so much for the experience!

Amazing experience!!!! - We enjoyed the tour, it is very complete and everything has been better than we expected. Our driver, Mohammed Cous Cous, has been prudent driving, besides very Pro, he is an exceptional person, he acted as Guide explaining everything. He has been attentive at all times making our trip comfortable and complete. Close and friendly from the first moment. Gracias Mohammed Cous Cous!!!

Camel riding, good company and the best driver! - We had a wonderful time on this tour! Our driver Mohamed (cous cous as he jokingly called himself) made this experience one of a kind. He made sure we have the best time possible and he tried to fullill all our wishes. Really genuine and funny guy!! :))

No luxury here! - We booked the 3 day desert LUXURY tour from Fes to Marrakech. It was anything BUT luxurious. Let’s start with the positive: the desert camel into the sunset with truly magical and unforgettable. The tent camp: that’s where the problems started: first we had to complain about our tent which was NOT air conditioned as promised. After the complaint, they moved us to one the had air con. The tent was very nice but the shower had only COLD water which was very unpleasant. Another little detail, there was a Kleenex box with NO Kleenex. However, we had a good night sleep The food which was served to us, was barely edible. Again, opposite of luxury. Then we found out that they had no planned activities for the second day at the we would go to Ouezazate the next day. They drove us there. 4 adults and a driver crammed in a very small car. One VERY uncomfortable 6 or 7 ride, again no luxury here. The hotel we stayed was barely adequate. Again, no luxury here. We had to pay for our dinner. And was nothing to do in this town. We did complain about the car and after a explosive conversation, we were given a larger car for the remainder of the trip to Marrakech. After that experience, we will not recommend Viator to anyone. Very disappointed !

Worst experience with Samitrip - The tour operator has very poor communication. No response for emails and phone calls. We called multiple times about the pick point and address, no answer. Only the evening before the next day travel we have one word from them. “Confirmed”. We went to Sahara with pooled group without notify. Next morning from Sahara to Quarzazate, we did not know who is going to pick up. We were waiting at the road side for one hour, then came a text driver, who dose not know English, and we missed one promised visiting point. Then we were dropped to hotel and agin did not know what would happen tomorrow. The next morning, we waited and waited, and I have called the tour operator Samitrip, and agin no answer. At around 9 am, a driver came and picked up us. He did not know any thing about which point we should visit. Again he did understand English. We found some helper to translate the itinerary . The driver finally got it. Then we were on our way. The car has no air conditioning, which we were promised in the product. We think that this the worst tour operator we have ever met.

TERRIBLE AND RUDE - WE DID THIS TOUR, I HAD DREAMED IT ALL MY LIFE, I CALLED THEM THE NIGHT BEFORE TO FIND OUT THE APPOINTMENT AND EVERYTHING WAS OK. THE NEXT MORNING THE WORST NIGHTMARE BEGAN. I BOOKED THE TOUR IN ITALIAN, NO ONE SPOKE ITALIAN, THEY HAD US LOADED ONTO A BUS WITHOUT LETTING US SEE ANYTHING ONLY STOPS FOR DRINKS. WE ARRIVED IN THE DESERT, DINNER ALMOST NOTHING. IN THE MORNING THEY BROUGHT US BACK ON THE BUS WITHOUT SEEING THE SUNRISE WE ARRIVED IN OUZARZATE AND THEY ABANDONED US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD WITHOUT KNOWING THE HOTEL WHERE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO STAY. WE CONTACTED THE AGENCY WHO IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE SUPPLIER, RUDE AT THE MAXIMUM, HE DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING. THEN WE CALLED GETYOURGUIDE AND THEY SHOWED US THE HOTEL WHERE WE COULD STAY. THE NEXT MORNING WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 7.30 TO SEE AT LEAST THOSE FEW THINGS REMAINING INSTEAD NOTHING THEY SHOWED UP WITH A CAR AT 12.30, AFTER VARIOUS REMINDERS FROM THE AGENCY WHICH MADE THAT RUDE FOOL SUPPLIER, WE FINALLY ARRIVED IN MARRAKESH. THE BADEST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE. DO NOT BOOK WITH SAMI TRIP PLEASE.

Not to be repeated - Terrible experience, due to a festival in their town, they stopped their activities for 2 days and left us in the middle of the road. When we contacted them they responded very badly and at that point we turned directly to Get Your Guide who managed to get us back to Marrakech after 1 day, but we skipped the tour. Never with them again.
