Tour of the Yorktown Carrier is a must experience - This was our first experience of touring a carrier. It was a great experience and the volunteers were always available to answer questions. The elevator was a great asset to allow us to access a couple of the different levels. Well worth the experience.

A very interesting visit - This is only regarding the USS Yorktown in Charleston. The vessel is in excellent shape and the self guided tour is easy to follow with many interesting facts and history to learn about. A host of Veterans are on board to assist and answer questions. Easy parking and access

Yorktown Ghost Tour - Very cool experience! Great stories by the guide- would love to have seen some ghosts! We were able to explore the ship without any crowds and go into places that you are not usually able to go into- involves ladders and walking. Not recommended for people who are not able to do lots of walking.

Worth the money time and walking!! - Our tour guide was great! He gave us lots of information and we didn’t feel rushed. I wouldn’t call this a ghost tour though there was some mention of death on the ship it was more of a great private tour of the ship but either way my husband and I had a great time!
