Fine - All were fine. Pickup and return on-time. Due to almost suspense of tourism at covid few persons only were on boat. Snack was tasty and many kinds of drinks offered. We viewed all pleasant places with animals on riversides of four countries by program. To be noted. If day not sunny and hot the sunset no so bright and romantic and less animals wants drink and comes to riversides. So select cruise after sunny hot day.

Fantastic view, good value tour - We were so lucky to pick a night that happened to be a full moon, so we watched the beautiful sunset and also the moonrise. The weather was perfect and we saw some hippos, crocodiles, and giraffes on the riverbank. The staff was funny and friendly and served us all the alcohol and snacks we asked for.

Beautiful Sunset, Great Cruise - This was the first activity on our 8 day itinerary in Zim and Botswana and it couldn't have been better. The crew was entertaining and the sunset was beautiful. We saw elephants, hippos, crocs and even springbok on the shoreline as we meandered the river. Crew was very accommodating in pulling up as close as they could to get pictures of the wildlife.Very relaxing and well worth it.

Beautiful sunset - Was lucky to have good weather that day and hence was able to see a beautiful sunset. Commentary on the cruise was entertaining enough and managed to see some birds as well as some elephants along the river banks. Overall, a nice experience.

I Like It On Top...3rd floor of Cruise Ship - Hotel booked the $85 cruise from Livingston, Zambia. Open bar with all the drinks you can consume within 3 hours. Appetizers were tasty and almost sufficient... I was escorted to the top deck and sat by myself. Lot's of photos opps of rhinos, alligators and the occasional elephant. Unfortunately my phone was low on battery so didn't capture much... I would recommend booking on one of the smaller/cheaper boats with fewer people... Everyone sees the same sights and sounds... no need for the open bar/appetizer incentive...

Fun nightcrusing the river - We got onto our boat and told immediately the upper deck was off limits as there was a private party. We should have been advised prior or put onto another boat. Our money is just as good as those that had the party going. We cruised the river saw a croc, hippos, giraffe, elephants, birds, and had an amazing sunset. The weather was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and served us all the alcohol and snacks we asked for. Felt for our captain as a guest wanted him to show her how to do the life vest, not just put it on, but in full details of the hows, whys, glad he had the patience. Only problem was this held our cruise up for around 15 minutes. Not the staffs fault at all. Overall it was a good night out, people its a cruise, not a 5 star restaurant, for what you pay and get in return I think it was really good value. If we went back, we would do this again. You can never see enough animals free to roam. Yes this cruise is recommended.

Sunset cruise - It was a wonderful cruise. The snacks and drinks adequate and very nice. The ladies toilet was not working. The driver that picked us up at the Zim border was extremely helpful and kind. And had some very welcome cold water available after our long walk. What a blessing! Transport to and from the Avani hotel was a problem especially at night but the Shearwaterdriver helped us find a taxi. It should be included jn your advertisement that you don't do pick ups from the Avani.

Ends before the sunset - As with most things in Victoria Falls it feels rushed. There are lots of boats on the river at the same time even tough you might not realise it at first because the setting is peaceful and quiet. My boat ended the cruise before the sun set. Food is just a tiny starter. Overall it’s overpriced.

Sunset cruise - This was a letdown. The sunset was beautiful from the water but the boat just sat in the water most of the time. We were told you cruise the river and see the wildlife at the rivers edge or maybe hippos in the water. We did see hippos but were too far from the edge to see anything else. If we had at least cruised we could say we tried but floating in the middle of the river was boring.

Sunset Cruise - The tour operator failed to show up for the hotel pick up, and it was only with the very dogged persistence of the staff at my hotel that they appeared 35 minutes late.
