Lovely Sri Lankan Multiple Day Round Tour - We booked through secret escapes and Go Ceylon Tours were the in country tour guide provider. The service that they provided was superb in every was. They provided a full detailed tour pack and the agenda was very well planned with a really excellent mix of sights and excursions. Our one to one tour guide Madusanka was outstanding and made our holiday a truly wonderful experience. His knowledge is 2nd to non, his driving was 1st class and his main focus was to ensure that we did everything WE wanted to do. We wanted to experience local food and culture and he took us to some really local traditional places to eat which were fantastic, and should definitely not be avoided. If you are thinking of visiting Sri Lanka please do not be put off by the negative press around at the moment we only experienced some of the usual drinks were in short supply at some hotels but the Lion Beer was always plentiful and made up for this. Highly Recommended Go Ceylon Tours with Madusanka for Your Sri Lanka Trip!!

One of THE BEST Family vacations ever - SRI LANKA the Gem of the Indian Ocean - 9 days just flew by and we thought it was too long for a vacation. Sri Lanka is definitely a must visit (again for us)- and we will definitely choose Go Ceylon again to arrange the next trip. We had an amazing experience- and our guide and chauffeur Mr Madusankar made the trip extra memorable for us. We had a full itinerary planned and yet there were many gems extra mile values that he added. The choice of hotels, the food, the FIRST TIME experiences for us and our son - like surfing lessons, bathing an elephant, having an ayurveda massage, tasting local delicacies, learning about the myriad of cultures and traditions, made the this vacation one of the best we have had. The scenery from the mountains, beaches, villages, lakes, rivers took my breath away many times. Indeed a true gem. Mr Madu shared his immense knowledge and experiences with us. Always suggesting something interesting and went beyond expectations to give us first class service. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. Not just as a guide but as a chauffeur. Sri Lankans are hospitable, honest and friendly. Very polite and respectful. Humble. And everywhere was clean. We traveled to many places from Negombo, to Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, Yala National Park, Mirissa and Colombo and along the way we set our goals for the next trip and more adventures. Most of the hotels were comfy and had beautiful views. Apart from all the experiences Mr Madu also helped us to capture our memories by taking many photos for us and i liked that there little details like stopping by a local post office to send a postcard home. He arranged surf lessons for our son. A turtle sanctuary visit (this made me tear up looking at how some turtles suffered from our human indiscretion) a visit to the Gem factory - yes I came home with a gem - and walking with elephants.. many wonderful surprises. He also made note of the mosques as we drove by and asked if we wanted to stop to pray. Suggested local delights, fruit etc to try. Thank you Go Ceylon. Especially thank you Mr Madu. At the end of the trip we felt we had a new friend not just a Tour guide. I already miss Sri Lanka. We will be back.

Amazing holidays - Excellent Guide and Excellent place to visit My family and I were at SRI Lanka for a 9 day Tour. We were taken care off by our local Guide, Madusanka. Madu did an excellent job as a Guide taking us around places that was in the itinerary as well as extras that wasnt in the itinerary. He was extemely accomadating, understanding our need to Spend a little more time ar Some of the spots that we like or little time at Some places that didnt excite us as much. SRI Lanka is blessed with great natural spots. Placed like Candy and Galle, gives a historical experience, Nuwara Eliya gives the cool climate, Mirissa the beach, Sun and Surf. My 12 year old Son had a great time learning How to Surf. Amazing Wave Amd shallow water makes it possible for new learners to learn surfing at Mirissa. Mirissa Also provided My family and I the whale and Dolphin watching experience. Sea was choppyn at Mirissa at this time But still Its an experience that I Will never forget. More importantly, SRI Lanka’s people are great hospital people. All the Staff at all the places we stayed and visited treated us well. Especially, our Tour Guide Madusanka. Knowledgeable of Sri Lanka - Wonderful service and experience with Go Ceylon Tours team. I saw a tour that fits my need on “Get Your Guide” but had some questions so emailed the team & was pleasantly surprised by their speedy reply. I booked the round tour like Airport, Sigiriya, Kandy, Ella, Yala, Very Beautiful Beach Hikkaduwa and the agency allowed me to be dropped off at Negambo at end of day. Communication via WhatsApp is responded promptly & always with clear info. My Chauffeur is Madusanka. Pick up was on time and I ended up being the only one that booked the tour for the allday. A wonderful surprise that the agency didn’t cancel/reschedule the tour. It felt luxurious to have this 1 to 1 service. Plus, We are group of friends traveller and we felt 100% safe! During the drive to Sigiriya I asked if Madusanka can drive me to Pidurangala Rock (it’s near Sigiriya) instead of Sigiriya. After a quick call to the office, this last minute change of plan was OK’ed too. Madusanka kindly accompanied me to go up to Pidurangala! Which is a blessing because the final part is a crazy scramble across big boulders! To top it off, Madusanka treated me to a king coconut after the arduous hike. It’s a specialty of Sri Lanka. Thanks a lot, Mr. Madusanka!! Thank you Go Ceylon Tours team and Madusanka for a wonderful experience of Sri Lanka hospitality and generosity!!! I highly recommend this Go Ceylon Tours agency for anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.

The best private tour guide for Sri Lanka! - I booked with Go Ceylon Tours based on price and the ability to customize the tour. My expectations were exceeded with this tour of Sri Lanka. Mr Madu was a fantastic tour guide and driver. He planned our tour based on my requests and he was flexible with changing the itinerary along the trip when I needed. We visited so many sites and attractions that would not be possible without his guidance. He made sure we had the best rooms with the best views, the best tables at restaurants, the best seats on safaris and at shows. He introduded us to the most wonderful local foods, even bringing fresh jackfruit to us from his home garden. Our favorites activities were the elephant safari at Minneriya, climbing Sigiriya Rock at sunrise, the dance show at Kandy, having an amazing lunch at a village house and swimming in the beautiful hotel pools after a day of sightseeing. I cannot imagine touring Sri Lanka on my own. Mr Madu is an excellent driver and we felt completely safe and secure with him the entire trip. I highly reccommend booking with Mr Madu and Go Ceylon Tours for your trip to Sri Lanka.
