A Munich Culinary Experience that explores beyond the basics:
We make our guests feel like locals, exploring diverse taste experiences including traditional dishes like sausages, beer, and freshly baked products, in addition to a visit to the historic Viktualienmarkt (Victuals Food Market), which has been in operation since 1807. Here, we dive deep into the rich culture of the historic food market stalls.
We begin with a traditional ‘Weisswurstfruehstueck’ accompanied by Weißbier. The excursion proceeds to the renowned Viktualienmarkt where we indulge in delectable food stalls, savouring authentic local delicacies, preserved meats and discovering seasonal tastes.
Your local Munich gourmet guide will ensure your stomach is full with Munich’s traditional flavours while providing an understanding of the historic food market, Maypole and its well-known attractions and architecture.

A Great Tour but Book Direct - Thank you Daniel and Fork and Walk. An informative and interesting tour and Daniel is a personable young man. He provided tips of where to eat after the tour and we followed these up on two different days and were not disappointed.
The choice of stop for breakfast and lunch during the tour were faultless.
My only mistake was not booking direct with Fork and Walk that would have cost me 190 Euros for my wife and I. I booked through Trip Advisor and Paid 283 Euro. Lesson learnt BOOK DIRECT with supplier

Get to know Munich and enjoy yummy Bavarian foods and drinks! - This food tour of the Munich Viktualienmarkt was amazing. Our guide, Iain was really an expert on all things Munich and Bavarian food. The tour had a great pace and the food selections were all very tasty. I would highly recommend this tour to new visitors to Munich. We took this tour at the end of our time in the city, but it would also be a great way to spend your first day in the area.

Fun food tour - Such a fun food tour. Kevin was great, knowledgeable about Munich’s cultural history and he presented great information about the food. He was also able to provide options for my vegetarian daughter. We enjoyed this very much and went back to a few of the stops later in our trip.

Don’t miss this excellent local guide! - A wonderful way to get oriented to the sights, history and food of Munich. Daniel is extremely personable and, as a true local, provides a wealth of insider info. Especially loved the morning weissbier and weisswurst in a cozy Bavarian cafe. Come hungry!

Best tour ever - The food choices were amazing and the Guide Liam was really nice, cheerfull and had a lot of knowledges about not only the fotos but the history of Munich and other cities as well. It was a lovely experience and I hope to do It again sometime

Wonderful food tour with Liam - Our tour with Liam was fantastic! He had so many stories to share about Munich history, food, cultural traditions, and all the ins and outs of living in Munich. He was very friendly and we had a blast hanging out with him! He went above and beyond and left us with lots of awesome tips for where we might spend the rest of our time in Munich, too. The tour was also really well organized with the meet-up point and pre-tour information very clearly communicated well in advance.
