Good experience with friendly and service minded guide! Though, a bit untrustworthy company whiteout transparency - Primate world safari arranged a nice safari trip to a tolerable price. Even though, we choose budget accommodation it didn’t felt like that at all. We had Huzaima as a guide who was great company, knowledgeable and service minded. Though, he seemed a bit overworked and therefore came off a bit unprofessional at times forgetting important details. We also experienced unprofessionalism in the process of booking the safari trip. There was a lot of going back and fourth around the availability of the accommodation spot ( Fort Murchison) as it was promised on the website. It seemed like they where trying to earn money on our nativity as tourists- which didn’t work on us because I’m a part Ugandan and had a relative that could check on it in Kampala, which then resolved the “issue”. I think this is unfortunate to exploit a situation where people are fare away and is trusting the business to be fair. I would have wished for more focuse on providing good service and transparency about the situation. Overall a good experience and Murchison falls is a must see!
