Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque - First stop: it’s the most amazing mosque in Oman and the biggest. It contains various features, including the largest carpet in the world and a chandelier that weighs eight tons (highly recommended).

Royal Opera House - Second stop: The opera house is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It has a museum showcasing beautiful instruments and an amazing theatre. It’s worth a visit.

Mutrah Souq - Third stop: Mutrah Souq (market) is an old Omani traditional market. Here, you can see the Corniche of Mutrah and Mutrah Fort, which offers 360-degree views from the top, allowing you to watch the sea and the mountains.

Bait Al Zubair - Fourth stop: Bait Al Zubair Museum. Take a tour inside the museum to see traditional Omani clothes and learn about Oman’s history. It also has historical monuments. The museum is located in Old Muscat, allowing you to see the Sultan’s Palace and Al Jalali Forts.

Al Alam Palace - Photo Stop: Al Alam Palace is the ceremonial palace of Sultan Qaboos and is located in the heart of Old Muscat. Built in 1972, the palace is a fine example of modern Islamic architecture.

Mirani Fort - Photo stop: Al Mirani Fort & Al Jalali Fort were built by the Portuguese in the sixteenth century. Their presence looms large over the harbor and contributes to the iconic view of Muscat.
