Great way to experience Samui - Awesome safe experience. Unfortunately couldn’t pick us up from Avani+. Water was choppier than in Langkawi but it was a challenging fun going up to 50km/h.

Jetting along the pristine waters, awesome snorkeling and friendly staff. - Good communication, pickup from hotel in nice A/C van for drive to start. The Jetskis are very new and easy to handle. Great fun cruising along the beautiful ocean. We went snorkeling and visited pig island. Very nice and staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this tour as something different to being squashed onto a boat.

Fun trip, wear sunscreen! - Great fun, I was worried to get sunburnt but I was fine with spf50+ and a hat, guides were very friendly. On the way there the jetski was on eco mode, on the way back it wasn’t, regardless we were going 60-70 km/h on the flat parts which was great. We only got a message the day before after 7 pm what time we’d be picked up but other than that it was great. There was enough time to get a bite to eat on pig island. Make sure to check the itinerary in advance so you know what’s happening.

Worth a go for sure - Kit was good and well managed. Staff were nice and well set up. Only downside was that we were waiting 45 mins after getting back from the jetski before the hotel trader turned up. I would recommend though!

It was fun! - The transfer from our hotel worked well, but the driver seemed super annoyed and stressed. The jet ski ride was awesome though! If you're planning on going to Pig Island anyway, I would definitely recommend doing it on the jet skis. The snorkeling was okay, but a bit superfluous in our opinion. Overall though, it was a cool trip that we would recommend. Tip for the ladies: take pants or shorts with you to ride the jet ski. With wet bikini bottoms, it feels like you're on a water slide.

Pig island needs some TLC - The jet skis provided were in good order although they were heavily restricted. The briefing and communications was quite comical. Snarking and the random stop in Bay in waste. Water was a waste of time and not at a standard one would expect. Pig island isn't for me

Angry guides, no communication, no snorkeling - No idea how could anyone rate this more than 1 star. We've been to many jet ski trips and this is by far the worst. The guides speak zero English and are incredibly rude. (1) After exiting the bay and waiting, I look at the guide in the distance and he signals with his hand to the right to me while not moving. Remembering being told to keep a large distance, I assume this means I need to increase the distance even more. So I ride to the right and look back at him. He continues to signal. This repeats a few times until I give up and wait. He then rides to me and starts yelling at me "I'm the guide!!! I'm the guide!!!". Ok, cool. But how am I supposed to know what your hand-pointing means. (2) We arrive at the first island. The guides say absolutely nothing and just park us there. Everyone is confused, looking at each other. After several minutes of everyone silently waiting on their jet ski, I ask the guide "what's the program here?" to which he replies "Ahhh?!!!" with an angry voice and face. Other guests then ask the same. He replies "Island!!". Hmm, ok. We get off the jet ski and take some photos. We spend here about 10 mins. (3) Third, at a "snorkeling" location, it takes 10 min to park and 2 (!!!) min for snorkeling. Literally, as soon as you put the mask on, get into the water, and swim a few meters, they tell you it's finished. (4) The final location is the "pig island" where we spend 30 minutes at a local restaurant. After that, we ride back to the bay. That's it. Before the trip, you're instructed not to ride in "zig-zag" lines. You're not given space to even ride in a circle a little. They set your jet ski to "eco" mode to make sure you go as slow and boring as possible in a straight line from point A to point B. The parking takes probably half the time of the entire trip. And the other half are angry guides who hate their job and treat you like livestock.
