Visiting Snow monkeys on way to Hakuba - Well organised and flexible to our timings we were greeted at Nagano station by Joyce. After introduction to our driver Mr Fujisawa, we visited the snow monkeys, had a great Bento lunch and then were taken to our hotel in Hakuba. Snow monkeys were amazing and Mr Fujisawa a patient and skilled driver in very snowy conditions. A great way to have an experience on way to hakuba.
