Book Departure Service Too! - I used both the arrival meet & assist as well as departure meet & assist on a recent trip to Nairobi. I was uncertain about booking the departure service as we were flying business class. I thought it would be easy enough to check into the airport. Was I ever wrong! NBO is a very confusing airport. We had to go through at least 3 security checks before getting to our gate. I was very grateful to have the help of Umbato Safaris. I will definitely book this service again when traveling to Nairobi. It was definitely worth it!
