Absolutely recommendable 👍👍👍 - We can recommend the Safarilinks Africa tour without reservation! Although we booked very spontaneously by phone the evening before, everything worked out wonderfully. We were picked up at our apartment by Douglas at 6:00 a.m. and taken directly to Nairobi National Park. Our guide Sam was waiting for us there in a huge off-road vehicle. Since we hadn't managed to get an ECITZEN account and buy tickets for the national park despite numerous attempts, Douglas kindly agreed to buy them for us. This was no problem at all. As another family had canceled, we were lucky and drove through the national park alone with Sam. He knew his way around really well and explained everything to us really well. We saw everything: lions, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, ostriches. Rhinos, hippos and water buffalo. We drove through the national park with Sam from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. When we spontaneously wanted to visit the Sheldrick Wildlife Found elephant breeding station, Douglas was able to get us tickets. Simply brilliant! All in all, we would definitely book the tour again and can really recommend it to everyone. It was the crowning conclusion to our trip to Kenya.

Nairobi's top sights in one day. - The trip was an excellent opportunity to see some of the top sights of Nairobi in one day. The staff was super friendly and knew a great deal about the animals at Nairobi Naqtional Park. The driver also gave me lots of time to explore the giraffe center and the Blixen Museum at my own pace. Safarilinks Africa even went the extra mile after my sight-seeing to reimburse me for an accidental double booking I'd made.

Good experience - Our driver Alex was picking us up at our hotel at the exact right time. The safari in national park was great. In 3 hours we saw lots of different animals: many giraffes, lions, big and mini rhinos, zebras, gaselles, antilopes, impalas and other smalles animals and birds. The driver always tried to find a great picture place for us. The elephant orphanage is a worth to visit. You will spend there one hour and we'll see most of the habitants: we saw one baby rhino and 21 different aged and sized elephants. A guide will introduce every animal and talk about history and theyre everyday life. We visited maasai souvenir shop and a restaurant close to giraffe centre-not really worth to visit. You will pay a lot more for the souvenires comparing other places. The giraffe center is definitely worth the visit. Great experience feeding the animals and got to see them very closely. We were very pleased with the tour arrangement and the driver and would book another tour with them.

Great tour with Steve, totally recommended - Steve, the tour guide from the operator I booked from, was very punctual to pick me up from my hotel in Nairobi. Everything was great! We were waiting for other passengers, but in the meantime he drove me through the park and we saw a few animals. Then the elephant orphanage was a great experience, so as the Giraffe center and the museum, and the jewelry factory where masai women work at. Steve walked the extra mile for me, he even gave me some insights about the country, we had a good chat about politics and society. I very much enjoyed the conversations. Thanks again, Steve for making this day so good!

Bumpy ride with experienced driver - The guy driving the van is extremely experienced. We went to places where even Land Cruisers were rarely seen, and were first to see most of the unique wildlife situations. However, the ride is extremely bumpy, so expect to hold tight and shake a LOT. Also, the guide rarely told anything about what we saw. 5 stars are knowing the price. If this would be more expensive, then I would give 4.

A comfortable way for a solo traveler to see some of Nairobi's highlights - I booked their half day Giraffe Center, Elephant & Blixen Museum tour through Viator, because I wanted to visit the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and they had confirmed reservations, and I'm glad I did. They had a driver waiting for me right on time who brought me to join the rest of the tour group and another at the end of the tour to bring me back, since my hotel wasn't near theirs. Once on the tour, our driver-guides, Douglas and Eric took good care of us, giving us background information before each stop and making sure we made it to Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in plenty of time for the 11am elephant orphanage tour. While the tour cost didn't include admission fees (which was very clear upfront), the guides paid for all of us at each stop, then we reimbursed them at the end of the tour. They were also very accommodating, even bringing us to a lovely garden restaurant (rather than one of the usual tourist cafeterias) when our group requested it. As a solo traveler, this tour was a very comfortable way to visit some of Nairobi's highlights.

Still waiting for the tour - This trip is not completed until Jan 3rd. The reservation was made a couple of weeks prior. The tour guide called me last minute to cancel. I will let you know if it happens on Jan 3rd. If it doesn't, I am contacting my credit card company.
