Value of money and efficient service - Mercy made contact as soon as I made the booking and kept in touch until we landed. Upon arrival, I sent a WhatsApp message, and the driver responded within 5 minutes. The driver, Johnson, was waiting with a name board and was friendly. The car was a little small, but he managed to pack in all our baggage. Efficient service and value for money relative to the alternatives.

Mr. Johnson is amazing! What great service! - I cannot thank Mr. Johnson of Nairobi enough. He was so thoughtful, kind, and dedicated to his job! I had been flying for about 36 hours (crazy connections from the USA) and was extremely exhausted. This group, including my driver Mr. Johnson, were outside waiting for me as soon as I got out of the airport. It was also pretty hot and I was exhausted. Mr. Johnson was there with a paper holding my name and even messaged me on Whatsapp to help me when I got confused. He carried my luggage to climb Kilimanjaro (heavy stuff) to the car with a cheerful smile, clear explanation and drove me to my hotel. He made sure I made it through their security and even told me some about Kenya's history and current challenges. I was so thankful for him, his generosity, and kindness. I did feel very safe as a lone female traveler as well. I am very grateful for him giving me such an excellent first experience in Nairobi, and helping me get to my refreshing hotel room!

Good experience - Had a great experience with Patrick, he was a safe driver and we felt comfortable knowing we had a transfer arriving into the airport. We would happily use the service again.

Driver didn’t turn up - We arrived into Nairobi Airport to find no driver waiting for us. Many phone calls were made to the tour company who were unable to locate our driver. Eventually a member of the tour company turned up, but still no driver. After a long wait and no driver, a different driver who was hanging around the airport was assigned to us.
