Drinking wine and feeling fine in Sonoma. - Our tour guide, Courtney, was amazing. Very personable and answered all of our questions. She suggested places to go to shop and restaurants for dinner. She took the most amazing pictures of us. We went to three wineries, and all were informative and personable. .

GREAT TOME - We had a fantastic tour with Jason. He was great fun and knowledgeable about the various wineries. It was a group of 12 strangers and we had a blast together. I will definitely use them the next time we are in Sonoma.

Great trip - We had a great time! Our tour guide, Kyle, was friendly and very knowledgeable and made the day fun. He selected 3 small boutique wineries where we got to meet owners and taste some great wine. I would highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful wines, wonderful people. - Our driver/guide was well informed and picked good wineries to visit. The Loxton vineyard owner gave us humorous, Aussie account of the trials of becoming a successful wintner. Great wines and history was had at each stop.

A great tour of the Sonoma Valley - We had a great tour of three vineyards and learnt a great deal about both wine making and the Sonoma Valley. Lewis ('sorry if I've spelt that incorrectly - it's phonetic British spelling) was a wonderful guide with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for wine and it's making. All three vineyards were small, local producers and well chosen. I'd recommend Platypus Tours.

Platypus Wine Tour Rates a 100 Points in Our Experience! - Gary, our stalwart guide/driver, picked us up at a convenient spot near where we were staying and took us (along with one other couple and a trio of friends) to three unique properties in the Sonoma Valley. So by Platypus standards it was a small group which made it that much more pleasurable, I expect. Each of the visits were amazing in their own way. The back stories of the wineries we visited were interesting, the spokespersons were engaging, and the selected wines were amazing. Clearly the highlight of our six-day visit to the area!

Fun day and good wine - The tour was fun and a nice way to experience some smaller wineries that we wouldn’t have explored on our own. Sara was a great driver/guide- even took a little detour to stop at a French bakery in Glen Ellen. Lunch was good as the group was fun.
