- Hawkes Bay Scenic Tours Ltd - You will visit 4 very different top performing Wineries, One Boutique Winery located out on the world famous Gimblett Gravels Visit another “unique” Boutique Winery producing spectacular “Natural” Wines. Here you can either take a guided walk around a Chardonnay vineyard and working Winery, to learn the process from the Vine to your Glass, or, enjoy a cheese board / platter. Please inform us of your choice when booking. You will taste a great number of Wines from their range. Visit New Zealand’s third oldest Winery and taste a flight of premium Wines in the beautiful French styled Cellar. Finally learn the history and taste a flight of Wines at New Zealand’s oldest Winery. All tour costs are included.

Join our intimate Wine Tour group for an afternoon exploring a wide array of Hawkes Bay Wines.
Visit 4 unique Wineries.
2 - Boutique Wineries located in the renowned Gimblett Gravels.
Discover the region, and learn how, why, and what Wines are crafted in what is considered the “Premium Wine Region in New Zealand”.
Visit a 3rd boutique Winery situated in sheep farming country. Stroll through the Vineyards and learn about the Winemaking process from Vine to Bottle.
Visit New Zealand’s only Vegetarian (Vegan) certified Winery. This is a “must do” experience.
You will also visit the oldest Winery in New Zealand, where you will learn about their history dating back to the 1830’s in Lyon, France.
Conclude the tour with a small souvenir and a souvenir Wine glass. All tastings, admissions, and any advertised drinks are included in the tour price. The tour offers door-to-door service within Napier on the day.

Worth every cent. 🍷 - We had an amazing time with John our host and driver.
The vineyards were varied and all had great wines. We learnt lots about the area and enjoyed the trip home discovering Art Deco homes and buildings.
This experience is worth every cent. Excellent value for money.

Magical wonderful wine tour 🥂 - The wine tour was amazing. Met some lovely couples on the tour and our tour guide Tere was just the most wonderful and fun person who made the tour so relaxing. Thank you John from Brookefield for a very interesting and informative experience. I learnt a lot from you. All the hosts at the other wineries we visited were all so welcoming and interesting. I enjoyed the whole experience and would do another tour like this one. Highly recommended

Awesome vineyard tour with an Amazing guide! - We had a great time on this tour! Our guide Tere was very friendly and had tons of information on the area. She also was very knowledgeable about wine and the vineyards. Just to put the cherry on top she just happened to see us walking to dinner on her way home from work and was kind enough to give us a lift! Five star experience and a fun day! Thanks Tere!

Excellent intro to Hawkes Bay wineries - Wonderful experience exploring 4 wineries with our driver Tere. Highly recommend the quality of her guiding, selection of wineries, attentive service at wineries and variety of different wines.

Great wines in Napier - Our tour guide, Tere, was lively, entertaining and knowledgeable. The wineries and wines were all different and good. The timing worked out well with our time in port.

Brilliant thing to do in Napier/Hastings - Tere was our Mexican/NZ guide on this tour and was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The range of vineyards we visited was exceptional and varied, and all of the pale running the tastings were very good. Our particular favourite was Pask where the young woman was delightful. We would highly recommend this half day tour

Great introduction to wines - Excellent service collection and drop off from my Airbnb accommodation. Very knowledgeable and great wineries visited. Nice souvenir. Could have larger portions of wine to taste.
