Visitors need to climb a series of 400steps to reach the pagoda, and from its elevated position, they can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the sacred mountain and the surrounding landscape. - Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine - Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine is a prominent Shinto shrine located in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. This shrine is known for its historical significance and its association with Mount Fuji, which is considered a sacred mountain in Japanese culture. It’s a place where people often come to pray for a safe and successful ascent of Mount Fuji.
- Oshino Hakkai - Oshino Hakkai (忍野八海) is a touristy set of eight ponds in Oshino, a small village in the Fuji Five Lake region, located between Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako on the site of a former sixth lake that dried out several hundred years ago. The eight ponds are fed by snow melt from the slopes of nearby Mount Fuji that filters down the mountain through porous layers of lava for over 80 years, resulting in very clear spring water that is revered by the locals. Next to one pond, visitors can drink the cool water straight from the source. The ponds are quite deep and have interesting freshwater plant life and large fish.
- Lake Kawaguchiko - Lake Kawaguchiko (河口湖) is the most easily accessible of the Fuji Five Lakes with train and direct bus connections to Tokyo. A hot spring resort town with various tourist attractions and views of Mount Fuji is located around the lake’s eastern end, while the northern and western shores are mostly undeveloped. One of the nicest spots for cherry blossoms is the seaside promenade near the Kawaguchiko Music Forest, while photographers will enjoy the “Momiji Tunnel” for autumn colors, a maple tree covered road section along the lake’s northern shore.
- Oishi Park - A great park with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. There are plenty of seasonal flowers but the lavender in mid-June is a crowd favorite and also kind play area
- Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nemba - A picturesque spot with Mt Fuji in the background ,old Japanese houses with straw roaps have been removed where you can find local craft and meet local artists. Rental kimonos and samurai armors are available
- Mount Fuji - The trekking trail starts from 5th station at Mt. Fuji. Guide takes you to Yoshida trail to 7th station (2700m). The trail is easy level trekking, enjoyable tour of Mt.Fuji. If you wish to hike all the way to the summit, rest assured that we can also arrange it for you!
