Excellent! Highly recommend. - This was an excellent tour . Our guide, Frank, was dressed in a formal 19th century suit - such dedication with the July heat! He was personable, engaging, and knowledgeable. We did not see any ghosts this time but we learned about some of Nashville’s notorious characters and buildings. The guide also made sure to check if anyone needed accommodations for stairs. Great to see dedication to inclusion. The tour ends right in the heart of broadway so you have the option to check out that area or head back to the beginning w the guide.

A great introduction to downtown Nashville - Good range of sights to see in this area, and ends in the middle of the evening glitz, a great introduction to downtown Nashville. And yes, ghost stories. Doesn't actually go into any buildings, focuses on breadth more than depth. That's fine by me. Tour leader set a good pace, informed in advance of what to expect (the hill/stair climbing, exactly how dangerously captivating that one backstreet is), upbeat and diplomatic when needed.

We think we saw a ghost! - Did we see ghosts? All I can say is that, just like our guide said, that an image would appear in a window as we were leaving the area. I took a series a pictures, and the window was completely dark, and there was definitely a change in what was there through the time we were there! The stories and tour were thoroughly enjoyable--our guide was great! However, this may not be a good tour for people with mobility issues. There were quite a few stairs and uneven pavement.

Great!! Highly recommended activity while in Nashville! - This is a great excursion. You will meet the host at a set location, 3 minutes’ walk from the main strip, so easy to get to. For the next hour, you will have the chance to have a walking tour of Nashville, with some great ghost stories along the way! You also get to know some great history about Nashville. Our host was lovely and it was exactly as described. We didn’t catch any spooks on our camera, but a couple of others did seem to capture something odd….no spoilers but a great activity to do while you are in town. I guarantee you will find out more about Nashville and get to see historic buildings that could be easy to overlook!

Haunted Downtown Walking Tour in Nashville - We enjoyed the tour. I only gave 4 stars (instead of 5) because it was soooo hot!! That, of course, had nothing to do with our guide, Alison, who was wonderful. St. Mary of the Seven Sorrows was one of the stops on the tour and it is open for services. I attended Mass at the church the day after our tour.
