Unforgettable birthday experience - Awesome awesome experience!!! I first noticed how the team worked together and the way they cared each customer got the most from their experience. As nervous as I was to be a first time Captain, they were patient enough to make sure I understood the assignment. The concern they showed as we got closer and closer to the island. And the way the staff kept involving us in the activities throughout our time on the island. All the pictures they took of us were so nice. We celebrated my sister's birthday and upgraded us to the Swimming with the Pigs experience because of her birthday❤️🔥🔥. Worth every dollar. We will definitely return after this adventurous experience. They deserve all the success💯.

Exciting!!!! - Very exciting experience!!!!!! We snorkeled and raced through the waves. The instructors were kind and helpful!!!!!

A++ Experience - I visited on a birthday trip and I mentioned that my goal was to take photos of the experience. King made sure to have a professional camera, a go pro and a team of two staff members who lead me to several stops for different backgrounds and happily took amazing photos. The ride was exhilarating, I enjoyed it more than the typical jet-ski option. It was especially exciting to travel by the port and be side by side the massive cruise ships as well as the stop at Atlantis. All staff were helpful friendly and caring While I can’t remember theirs names I won’t forget how special they made me feel for my birthday. If you want to book an excursion this is the one!

A Memorable Experience for all the wrong reasons!!!! - This tour was described as "Exhilarating! Liberating! Daring! Simply amazing!" but the reality was it was more like "Dangerous! Disappointing! Shoddy! Simply atrocious!" On arriving at the rather run down and deserted place we were eventually met by a gentleman who insisted on us signing a waiver on line. He didn't ask us what we were doing and no explanation of what we were signing was given he just repeatedly referred us to the website. On completing this we were shown the boats which were in such a terrible state of repair that my 20 year old son declared he did not want to do this as it didn't look safe. However, on reassuring him it would be fine, my son and wife set off in first boat and my daughter and myself followed in the second. Within seconds the first boat broke down and we were left floating on the water for over 20 minutes whilst the man tried to get the first boat going. After giving up he towed this boat back to the harbour and my son and wife had to get in another boat. We then eventually, half an hour into our 90 minute tour set off in formation and it wasn't long before my boat began having issues. It kept loosing power and dropping further behind the other two boats and each time the "tour" was stopped and the man came back to my boat and messed about with the engine / propeller. After about 4 or 5 times of this happening, each time eating into our 90 minute tour, he got us to swap boats with himself whilst bobbing in the sea and he tried to use my boat. The steering on the boat he had now put in was loose and not very responsive meaning I was struggling to manoeuvre it and follow. However, it was long before our guide had to give up on my original boat and ditch it on the side of the harbour and jump on board my son's boat. We then completed the tour with the man sitting on the back of my son's boat and him directing my son on the way to travel. The original advert that we signed up on this excursion also mentioned seeing the pigs but when we mentioned this to our guide we were told we had not paid enough for this!! The tour operator had asked for an additional $200 off us to see the pigs but this was never mentioned in the original advert and so we refused to pay. I have noticed that mention of the pigs has now been omitted from the advert! Regarding the actual "tour" we did do, we did not take in any historical sites, we spent most of our time stationary bobbing on the water and we were not offered any use of snorkelling equipment or even given a bottle of water. I have also noted that bad reviews have been removed from this tour on the Viator website. Once we had completed this tour I checked out the reviews and there were a number of negative comments. however, to each of these the tour operator had responded to dispute these claiming the person had never been on the tour. I can assure you that I am a genuine customer who has been on this tour and have only reported on the truths. The owner can try and dispute these claims but I have evidence to back them up. My advise to any one looking into this tour would be to avoid it and pay a little bit more and go on a well run, efficient, safe and worthwhile excursion.
