Great excursion! - Great time with the crew. They were very friendly and personable. They gave us great information and history of the islands. When we got to Turtle Island, ( Green Cay) we saw many turtles and gorgeous tropical fish. It was a great excursion. Highly recommend!

Awesome adventure!!! - Captain Keith and his crew were great--so patient and helpful! We were joined by another family on the trip which made the experience outstanding. We saw many sea turtles, and snorkeled with them for an hour. It was a dream come true for us with our granddaughter!

Top Tier Experience for the Entire Family - Top Tier Experience for the entire family ages ranging from 5 - 61 and we were a group of 8. The Host were extremely kind, welcoming, informative and provided us with great conversation throughout our trip. We got to see different varieties of fish and a variety of sizes of turtles. We literally were swimming with and alongside Turtles. All safety gear and snorkeling gear provided were clean. They helped us find the turtles which was very helpful when you aren’t use to knowing how to tell where they are in the water.

Solid Excursion, Worth Every Penny - Captain Keith & Captain Omar made this a trip to remember! They were so helpful and the best crew we could’ve asked for. 12/10 would recommend for a low key, interactive but beautiful experience for a small group or couple. We did the 8:30 am 2-hour tour and it was truly worth every penny. Follow the directions that the trip detail includes, if you get lost trying to find the entry point, the clerks at the gas station were able to point us in the right direction. We left the dock and after about a 25-min ride, we and stopped to swim with the turtles first. The captains helped us in & out of the water and also called out where to spot things. We were given snorkeling gear and floaty vests so we could be safe & swim easier. After seeing about 4-5 sea turtles and tons of fish - we stopped by one more spot, the sea garden before going back. The boat had ice cold waters and soft drinks. 12/10 would recommend to someone who’s looking for a unique experience when visiting Nassau.

Great short trip. - Great guys, had lots of fun and saw a bunch of turtles and cool fish. Was a great thing to do close to the resort and also not take all day. Even got dropped of back to the resort by boat.

Amazing experience and great tour - What a fantastic trip. I was a little worried about finding it after reading some of the reviews but it was really straightforward. The description on Viator is accurate and easy to follow in Google maps. The crew were fab and really looked after us - pointing out the turtles. We saw so many! Amazing experience and excellent trip. Thoroughly recommend. It’s one of the few trips that allow you to get in the water and swim with the turtles. I managed to take some great pictures as well.

Amazing!!! - Such an amazing trip. The company was so understanding I couldn’t speak any higher of them. Our taxi driver dropped us at the complete wrong stop. Bluefinn worked with us to get us to the boat so we didn’t miss our trip! The people were so nice and the turtles were so amazing!!! If you’re visiting the Bahamas I 100% recommend booking with BlueFinn!!!

Wonderful experience! - Extraordinary ! We swam with turtles, after 20 minutes in a very fast boat, piloted by two very friendly young people. More than an hour swimming in crystal clear water, following and observing turtles. Magical, I highly recommend!

Meh - Overall, I felt the experience Was average. Our original booking on Saturday was canceled and we had to schedule another time for Sunday. On Sunday we arrive and it was not communicated that there is an issue with the boat because of a broken down forklift at the marina. We did go on alternate boat and the ride was a little bit fast and not relaxing. Once we got to the location, We were supposed to have an hour in the water. I came back in early because as a non-swimmer I was struggling with the life vest, I wish I had a life jacket and an option to have a tether rope. My friend had to help me back to the boat because the current had pulled me out and I was having trouble trying to swim back. When I got back to the boat early, I didn’t realize everyone else came in after me and we really had 30 minutes left still, but no one offered to take us to the Beach area or alerted the others that they had more time. The ride back was fast and bumpy as well, and I saw some of the other attendees looking a little bit seasick. I’ve been on other snorkeling adventures as a non swimmer and felt more taken care of and that those situations.

Bad Customer Service - I wrote in my request through TripAdvisor that we wanted to be picked up at the marina. I was more than willing to pay extra. I called and got directions that were not good directions and the taxi driver couldn’t even find the place. I was told it is right before the green parrot, but when we got to that area it was not there. The taxi service had never heard of Bluefinn. I called the company twice and let them know that we would be there in three minutes and they would not wait even though they were the ones that gave us bad directions. Ultimately the boat left without us and they would not give any refund. It was not only this, but the bad customer service and attitude that I could only describe as b***tchy from the get go. Read the reviews carefully.
