Fun cooking class for family w/teens - Ana, our hostess, was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about Naxos history and made the entire event so memorable and fun! It was fun picking our fresh vegetables from her garden then preparing 3 traditional Greek dishes. The meal was delicious with plenty of variety for all. We chose the dinner option and enjoyed the cooler temps as we dined, learned Greek dances and even broke plates. Opa! Even our teenagers had a blast. I highly recommend mixing up the beach days with this cooking event in the late afternoon/early evening.

Fantastic local experience - This was one of the highlights of our trip in not only Naxos, but throughout our time in the Greek islands. The food, company, and sharing a meal with people across the globe is something to remember!

Must do in Naxos! - This was the exact experience we wanted and so much more! Anna was a delight, genuinely fun and kind. We had the best time with a table of strangers making food and having laughs. We enjoyed the farm tour and picking the vegetables, preparing them and then making the dinner. It all ended with a family style meal and Greek dancing. We felt like family, a great experience!

Greek Life - This was such a wonderful experience. We started the evening with a drink of Kitron, then proceeded to the garden to pick vegetables and herbs for our meal and learn about the different vegetables and fruits grown in the garden. We worked in teams and prepared three different Greek dishes. While the food was cooking Anna took us for a walk around the village and shared the history of the area. We came back from the walk and the food was all laid out on the table and ready to enjoy our dinner. They had also prepared additional dishes to serve along with the food we made. Everything was delicious. After dinner we learned Greek dances and ended the evening dancing and drinking. Anna and her family where such wonderful hosts, the evening is something we will always remember about our trip to Greece. Was a great experience. We reached out to Anna and she arranged the transportation for us to get to and from our hotel, this was so helpful.

Great Time! - A fantastic and fun experience. Our guide / instructor was so friendly and fun (Anna). It was so cool being on a 5th generation farm up in the hills of Naxos. The food was fantastic and a lot of fun to make. They even give you all the recipes as well. Overall great experience

Wonderful experience! - We had such a wonderful time on this excursion! Our charming host, Anna, was so welcoming and fun! She interacted with eveyone and led us through the fun experience of picking vegetable from the garden, cooking, and hiking around the property, which had ruins from the 1700's. After our delicious meal, Anna led us in dancing and smashing plates in the celebratory Greek way!

More than just cooking! - Amazing experience on a beautiful property. Was way more than just a cooking class. They took us to the garden to pick the vegetables and took us on a really cool hike while everything was in the oven. After we ate, they had music and dancing!

Basilika cooking class - This was my favorite experience in Naxos! From the time we arrived , until 5 hours later , it was delightful ! Anna was the perfect Hostess. We collected organic veggies and herbs from her farm, the proceeded to chop , and grate for about an hour ! As the vegetables were baking , we took a long guided walk around her property , and learned Greek Mythology. Coming back , we all gathering at the table and enjoyed our feast !! Later Greek dancing and American line dancing , breaking plates , and fellowship . Highly recommend this tour ❤️
