Harry was my tour guide he was with us 24*7 to guide us and show the places as much he can cover we enjoyed alot - I and my wife was taken care with a very friendly and a happy staff who showed us places/restaurant/shops in munnar and later took us to the temple where we wanted to visit in a good rate as it was apart from package ….

Horrible experience - It was the worst experience with the driver named Satish that we booked from this travel mart. Firstly the owner promised that we would be getting Ertiga as our car but then he completely forgot about our arrival and arranged this local driver who was completely insane. He was driving so rash in the hills and was always talking on his phone while driving. He only took us to the places where he was getting commission from the local people and even argued with us when we asked to go to someone else and abused us badly. Never ever book from this agency and please never book this driver as he really scared us girls after using foul language and driving so ridiculously.

Choose can service wisely - Driver was horrible , unsafe driving , constantly chating and was on call , rough driving , rude with foul language , literally harrassed us to make commission with house boat agent . Taking us to irrelevant expensive places .
