Highlights
  • Chandni Chowk - Our driver will pick you up from your selected location, and your full-day tour of Old and New Delhi will begin. Along the way, your guide will join you at Sunheri Masjid.
  • Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid) - Your first stop is at Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque. Take a leisurely stroll through its impressive red sandstone courtyard, a marvel constructed in 1656 with the collective efforts of 5,000 workers. Located in the heart of Chandni Chowk, it stands proudly in front of the majestic ‘Red Fort.’ This grand mosque has the capacity to accommodate up to 25,000 people at a time.
  • Khari Baoli - Explore the renowned spice market in Chandni Chowk, where your senses will come alive with the vibrant aromas and colors of Indian spices like never before. Learn fascinating facts and discover the various uses of these spices. As you relax in your tuk-tuk, take in the sights and sounds of the lively bazaars of Old Delhi, all the while gaining insights into their importance for the local community from your guide.
  • Red Fort - The Red Fort, a colossal architectural masterpiece constructed by Shah Jahan between 1639-1648, once served as the primary residence of the Mughal emperors. Its design beautifully blends Indo-Islamic and Mughal architectural styles. An impressive feature of this fort is its 2.4-kilometer-long protective wall, a marvel that never fails to leave a lasting impression. During our tour, we’ll have a drive past this iconic monument.
  • Gurudwara Bangla Sahib - In 1664, the eighth Sikh Guru visited the King and performed acts of healing, distributing water from a tank to those suffering from smallpox and cholera epidemics. Remarkably, this historic water tank still stands within the gurudwara premises and is believed to have medicinal properties. During our visit, we’ll also have the opportunity to see the community kitchen, where approximately 20,000 people receive free meals daily. The dining hall is open to all, regardless of their religious affiliation, reflecting the spirit of unity and service.
  • Raj Ghat - Optionally, we can visit Raj Ghat, a memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi in Delhi, India. Originally, it was the name of a historic ghat in Old Delhi, located near the Raj Ghat Gate of the walled city, opening to the west bank of the Yamuna River. Over time, the entire memorial area came to be known as Raj Ghat.
  • India Gate - The 1921 ‘Tomb of the Unknown Soldier’ features the names of 13,300 Indian army servicemen carved on the wall, commemorating those who lost their lives during the First World War.
  • Parliament House - After visiting India Gate, you will also drive past Parliament House, where you can take pictures before moving on to your next monument.
  • Rashtrapati Bhavan - It is the largest presidential residence in the world, boasting over three hundred rooms.
  • Humayun’s Tomb - It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the first garden tomb in India, built solely in memory of Humayun’s wife after his death.
  • Qutub Minar - It is the tallest minaret, constructed in 1192 using bricks. It is also part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, located in Mehrauli, with the surrounding area known as the Qutub complex.
  • New Delhi - In the evening, end this memorable journey with a complimentary drop-off at the location of your choice anywhere in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, or Faridabad.

DELHI AND NEW DELHI TOUR - We booked this excursion to make the most of our short stay in India. We walked the streets of Delhi and New Delhi to visit some of the most essential places in the capital. Our guide was Anand, who knows perfectly all the sociocultural aspects and speaks Spanish fluently. I highly recommend the Anandam Tourlance team, I will use their services again when we return to India again. We are left wanting more!

An unforgettable Experience into the Heart of India with Anand - What an incredible experience! Everything flowed seamlessly from the moment I stepped out of my hotel. My guide, Anand, was a true gem. He not only introduced me to Delhi's iconic tourist spots but also unveiled the captivating stories behind them. What set this tour apart was the wealth of valuable and intriguing insights into the lives of Indians that I gained along the way. It was like seeing India through a completely new lens. India has now firmly etched itself as one of the most captivating countries I've had the privilege to explore. The allure of its culture, history, and people has left an indelible mark on me. I'm already dreaming of the day I can return to this enchanting land and uncover even more of its hidden treasures. India, you've won my heart, and I'll be back for more adventures!

Tour through Delhi - I had some time left in India before going home again and wanted to get to know Delhi a little bit. Girdhar was a very good host. He took care of everything. The sights were very nice and eclectic. Girdhar could explain a lot of things and answer my questions. A tour with him is great value for money.

Delhi Agra trip - We were in New Delhi for five days and the stay was absolutely amazing, mostly because of Giridhar our guide. He has an incredible knowledge of all the monuments and sights. He was always on time and had a calm and cheerful disposition throughout!! He Organized a clean car with ample water and snacks. August was probably not the best time to visit Delhi weather-wise but tourists were considerably less so it was fine in the end. Giridhar organized a trip to the Taj Mahal which was the smoothest trip I’ve ever taken. All in all we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Giri and Surjeet 🙏🏼
